The Snack Pack noticed that the Chinatown of Fairytopia is very busy. A lot of fairies in the area are setting up red decorations with gold calligraphy, strange drawings on red paper, buying many fruits and food, cleaning their homes, and placing incense sticks on jars.

"What is going on?" Abby wondered out loud.

"Beats me." Val Thundershock shrugged.

"It's not even Halloween." Poppy agreed.

"It's the Hungry Ghost Month." Moxie answered.

"Wow I know someone who would love this." Abby said.

"Who?" Val asked.

"The Queen of Halloween herself, Keagan." Abby said.

"But isn't she busy with the fair back in Cornowa?" Holly Darlin' asked.

"No, I heard their grandparents are coming." Rose said, who called from Poppy's cell phone because she is busy with signing documents in her study. "What I learned from the fairies of Jade Valley is that the Hungry Ghost Month is the spookiest time of the year for them."

"Yeah, my mom got a call from Grandma and Grandpa McCauley that they along with Keagan and Rachel are coming." Jessica nodded.

"I was actually talking about Mei and Jun Cheng, Yin's parents." Rose said coldly.

"Really?" Abby said.

"That is a first." Jessica agreed.

"I already know the McCauleys from my grandmother but my paternal grandmother knows about the Chengs." Rose said.

"That would make sense since you and your family came to our old house in Ariesona when dad died from the 9/11 attacks and met our mom and her side of the family along with our dad's side who actually came down to Ariesona." Jessica agreed.

"Jade Valley fairies observe the Hungry Ghost Month and the Chengs are no exception." Rose said.

"Maybe that is where Keags got her quirk." Abby said.

"Actually, the Jade Valley fairies try to avoid ghosts at this time of the year." Rose said.

"Now that doesn't sound like the Keagan I know of." Abby shook her head.

"I agree with Abby, Keagan would love to summon ghosts and never would avoid it. She loves doing it as much as making clothes." Jessica said.

"That's why we call her the Queen of Halloween." Abby said.

When they got home, Keagan and Rachel, along with Callie and Yin arrived but two, older elves with dark hair and angled eyes were behind them. The older woman is wearing a jade green blouse, pants, and flat shoes while the older man wore a collared shirt, pants, and shoes.

"Abby, Jessica!! Guess who's here?" Anna said excitedly.

"Hey Keags, Hey Rachel." Abby waved.

"I'm Jun Cheng and this is my wife Mei Cheng." Jun said.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Abigail Lightfoot but you can call me Abby." Abby said.

"I'm Jessica Lightfoot." Jessica said.

"And I'm Anna Lightfoot." Anna waved.

"Please don't wave, you'll attract the hungry ghosts." Mei said strictly.

"Sigh, you are embarrassing me again." Keagan sighed.

"This is the right time to learn our family traditions, Yue." Mei said. "And you have to know all about your heritage."
