Let me explain exactly what it means to be 'in The Clouds'. We are given a second chance to live our lives. We can choose when we want to go back down to earth, and until then, we are allowed to stay up here. It's like getting a redo button to use once in your life. There are many ways that people end up here, and we can visit people on the ground whenever we want but there is a myth that I have heard. The myth is that if you jump and go down to earth then your time to get a redo is extended. It puts you on a waiting time, but I'm not sure if it's true or not. I have only watched everyone from my cloud. I like to mess with people and make shapes with it, but by the time I finish it...the other side gets messed up. I love watching everyone and once, I saw this girl with a tattoo that said 'To Die, Would Be An Awfully Big Adventure". She has no idea how right she is.

But let me tell you why I'm here. I'm what's known as 'a curious'. Sucky category, but oh well. I was put here because my curiosity took up most of my life. There are others like 'pressures', 'hostages', 'unknowns', 'life-lovers', etc.
'pressures' are people who got pressured into doing things and couldn't stand up for themselves. They get to sit here in the clouds for 1 year before they are allowed to go back. This gives them time to realize that when they do go back, that they have to do something on their own and not just do what someone else says.

'Hostages' are exactly what they are called. They are people that died because of someone else holding them hostage or attacking. Like 9/11, the Holocaust, random hostages that died for a stupid reason. Once they come here they are given a choice. They can go back right away, wait here for a while, or go ahead and die the way they did.

'Unknowns' are exactly what their name says as well. They are put here for a reason that nobody can really figure out. Something was wrong with their life that didn't go right or got messed up so they were put here. They can really do whatever. They can choose whatever they want to do with their time here. They can even choose to be re-born if they want.

'Life-lovers' are people who lived their life like every day was their last. They get so much praise up here for that too. Most of the 'life-lovers' I have met are pretty stuck up and are meat-heads. They get another chance at life for pretty much loving their time on earth, but the only requirement is that they have to be re-born.

As for me, a 'curious', I'm put here because of my curiosity in life. I get another chance because I loved everything about anything and I want to know everything. Other 'curious' get put here because their death was related to curiosity. You know how there is always that idiot character in a scary movie that actually goes INTO the attic to see what the noise was? And you know how she usually dies in there, or causes the evil thing to come out of the attic and kill everyone that's still in the house? Well, that idiot character would have ended up here with the stupid category of 'curious'.

I hate being a 'curious' because everyone makes fun of me for it. They think I'm that idiot girl from the movie. But I'm not just some idiot. I was put here for a completely different reason then all of the other 'curious's. I never died because of curiosity. I died because some idiot pulled into my lane on the highway without seeing me. *I'm 18 by the way.* I have been here for about a year now and I don't know if I want to go back or not. I really like watching everyone from up here because my actions don't get in the way. I get to watch everyone live their life and become who they want, and I can watch the world change. I really want to go back, but living is so hard. Most 'curious's choose to die the way they did, but I don't want to be just like everyone else. I'm not just some pawn in this life...afterlife. I want to see everyone from down there, but not have to live. I think I want to...jump.

Jumping from a cloud is dangerous. There are so many possibilities and different things that could happen. You could be on a waiting list for a redo, or you could turn ghost. When a 'clouding' - someone who lives in the clouds - jumps and stays down for a long period of time, they turn into a ghost. 'Clouding's can't haunt people, and people can't see us. However cats, babies, dogs, other alnimals, phycos, and ouigi  boards can see us. Obviously a ouigi board can't SEE us but we can make it move. Ouigi boards are the only things we can really move, but we can touch things like people, animals, and things. Sometimes people can feel us but not usually.

If I was to jump then I could open the doors to new possibilities. I could actually experience the world instead of watching! Im kind of seeing more Pros to the situation than Cons. Okay... First things tomorrow morning... I'm jumping!
