Chapter 20: Frozen Love

Kinda of a long chapter!
Lucy's POV

           Me and Juv had a mini Picnic date at our spot in the park.. We chatted, laughed and even had a wonderful kiss! But the whole night, I was so nervous about asking her the biggest question that could change our lives.."Lucy?" Juvia questioned me.. I looked at her, "I was wondering and this may be the only time I can ask this..Why have you been acting so weird around me?" She tilted her head to the left.. I smiled..It's now or never..I sighed.. "Juvia, let's have a walk to the lake and I'll answer it there. I promise!"

~Flashback to day after training~

It was a normal day a the guild, fighting, drinking and laughing with each other. I say with my family, Leroy and Juvia. We all talked about what the future is going to be like! "Hey guys," Juvia said, "I think I'm going to go home early, I'm a bit sleepy. I'll see you at home love!" She kissed my cheeks as a goodbye.. "Okay, see you at home darling." I kissed her forehead..Then watch her walk out the doors..I waiting for it to be fully close and got on top of the table I was at. I inhaled lots of air..It's now or never.. "HEY EVERYONE!" I yelled, every member of the guild whipped their heads at me, "CAN YALL HELP WE WITH SOMETHING IMPORTANT??"

Natsu yelled back, "DEPENDS ON WHAT IT IS CAUSE I MAY BE TOO LAZY AND HUNGRY TO DO IT!" I sighed and laugh at him.. "SO YOU WOULDN'T HELP ME ASK JUVIA TO MARRY ME?!" Gasp we're heard from everyone, then cheering! "I didn't know you wanted to do that! LUVIA BABIES!!!" Mira squealed! I rubbed the back of my head and laughed. "Well yea, we been together for about a year now and we're mates of course I want to! I love her!" Natsu Jump onto the table I was on, grabbed both of my shoulders and shouted, "LET ME HELP!" I punched him. "WHY DO YOU THINK I ASKED THE WHOLE GUILD DUMBASS?!" He made an 'oh' sound..

         Erza spoke up, "How can we help you?" I thought for a moment..What's jobs are good for- OH! "Can I get a couple a people to help me create a little date area at the lake? The scenery should be something beautiful. Something that gotta go with our magic and personalities!" Gray suddenly stood up and asked, "Maybe we should have blue and yellow flowers too? I can help with the theme!" I smiled at him, "That would we great! Now we need a baker, a somewhat boss, musician and singer, and finally..Some people who will help me and Gray with the theme!"

~A couple minutes later~

We finally got the people we need..
Boss- Master Makarov
Bakers- Erza, Lisanna and surprisingly Cana
The cake they made were the types that Luvia- Oops I mean... Juvia and I like:
A berry flavor cake and some Malbec wine

Musicians and singers- Gajeel, Mira, Patherlily, Natsu, Levy, and Wendy

           We all thought we should do something with star lights, hanging from the trees, candles circling the area and a small table in the middle..

          It's hard to believe that we found a secret entrance to a huge lake, being surrounded by mountains! So Gray and I decided that the Singers should be on the lake, well, more like a frozen lake! I asked Gray to freeze it..Because we, in a long time, found this lake. We decided to call it, 'Frozen Love.'

Besides all that craziness..Everything is going as planned! It was surprisingly that Natsu can sing! I never heard him sing before so thing should be interesting to hear and watch...Oh and I've been trying to keep a low profile around Juvia too, she kept asking questions which make me nervous because I'm not a very good liar..

~End of Flashback~

"Lucy?!" Juvia shouted in shock, I just have brought Juv to Frozen Love. And she was surprised that all of this, was just a couple minutes away! "Surprise Juvia!" She cupped her mouth so I turn to everyone there,(the people from before) and winked as a signal to start..They all nodded..I turn back to Juvia, "May I have this dance?" I put my hand out. She smiled, "Yes, yes you may.." We dance which felt like hours..

        I took a deep breath, pulled away and looked at Juvia, right in the eyes. "Juvia, when I first met you. I couldn't believe the beauty you possessed. I instantly fell in love with you..I love the way you talk, act, your beauty and personalities." I get on one knee, reach to my pocket and spoke.. "Juvia, you are my love and life. I have no idea what would of happened if I never met you..So I have one question that could change our lives.." I opened the box to reveal a light sky blue Diamond with 2 silver mini diamonds on the side..

"Juvia Lockser, will you do the honor of taking the Heartfilia name and Marry me?"

"YES!"
