ALICIA WAS CURRENTLY SITTING on the couch with Fezco and Ashtray watching something on tv due to Rue bailing on her for some reason—she didn't know why cause she never did that, and she barely knew them but she didn't make a fuss about it.
Ashtray had asked Fezco if Alicia can stay, he had agreed because it was dark out anyways. Ashtray didn't know why he had asked the girl to stay over, maybe he felt bad—but he never felt bad for anyone so it was kind of weird.
Fezco had gotten up telling them he was going to go to bed since it was late which left the two alone in the living room sat next to each-other.
"Why didn't you want me to walk home this late?" Alicia questioned out of curiosity after a while of silence as she looked over at him as his head was turned towards the TV, only currently seeing his side profile.
"Didn't want you to get kidnapped or somethin'" Ashtray responded like nothing as he was still turned towards the TV.
"Aw? Is Ashy knees actually starting to care for me?" She questioned with a smirk on her face.
Ashtray just shook his head "Shut the fuck up, and stop callin' me that shit."
"Stop calling you what, Ashy knees?" Alicia pushed as he quickly grabbed the pillow between the two of them and threw it at her making her gasp.
"Asshole!"
Alicia just started to laugh which made them both start to laugh, which was really rare for him.
They stopped laughing and looked over at each-other at the same time making them look away quickly after.
"You know, Your not as bad as I thought, Ash."
" Your not as bad as I thought either, ma."
The two just carried on watching tv after that, Alicia had fallen asleep so her head fell on his shoulder as he looked over at her.
He rolled his eyes at first and was gonna get up but decided against as he leaned into her touch and felt himself drifting off too.
ALICIA WAS THE FIRST to wake up and she saw that she had her head leaning against Ashtrays shoulder and that he had his other arm wrapped around her.
She looked over at his sleeping figure with a slight blush on her face at the way they were sleeping and that he looked so peaceful and didn't have a scowl on his face like he always usually did.
Ash has started to stir awake making her look away and sit up as he opened his eyes as moved his arm from around her waist.
"Morning." He murmured in a morning voice as he rubbed his eyes.
"Good morning."
Fezco had walked in to the living room as he looked at the two with a smirk on his face " Get your asses up, Tom and Jerry."
The two looked at him and got up from the couch as they cleared their throats at the awkward tension in the room right now.
"So.. I'll see you tomorrow or somethin'?" Ashtray said as Fezco had just walked out of the room while laughing at the two of them.
"Are you asking if we can hang out?" Alicia questioned with a sly smile on her face and titled her head.
"I mean, only if you want to-." Ashtray began but was cut of by Alicia who started laughing.
"You have a way with your words don't you Ash?" She chuckled as he rolled his eyes.
"I'll see you tomorrow then." Alicia giggled as she began to walk out the door and speed walked on the way back to her house because she totally forgot she had school.
"RUE YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE." Alicia began as she walked into the school and spotted her best-friend standing next to a boy with blonde tips near a locker.
"What?" Rue questioned as the boy next to her looked at her confused as to what was going on.
"The fuck you mean 'What', bitch why did you ditch me."
Rue thought for a moment before letting a noise of realization and nodded "Oh yeah, that, see now I have a good explanation for that, Ali."
Alicia sarcastically smiled and nodded "Yeah, and what would that be, Rue." She wasn't actually mad she was just curious as to why Rue had left her.
Rue had stammered and squinted her eyes as if she was thinking making Alicia nod and laugh "Your a fucking liar Rue."
"Hi im Alicia." She greeted as she turned towards the boy who was watching the two best-friends encounter with wide eyes and held her hand out.
"I'm Elliot, what just happened." The boy known as Elliot said as he grabbed her hand and shook it still confused.
"Oh, this bitch right here made me go somewhere with her, then ditched me right after." Alicia told him as he nodded as turned to Rue who was trying not to laugh.
"Low blow, Rue."
"Fuck you, Elliot."
"Why, Elliot's correct."
"Fuck you too, Alicia."
The three bursted into laughter as they all ended up parting ways and walked into their assigned classes.
School had went by fast so Alicia was now making her way back home, as she unlocked the door to her house she saw her Mom's sleeping figure on the couch with a liquor bottle in her hand that was about to slip making her roll her eyes.
She made her way over to her Mother who was snoring and took the bottle from her hand and placed it on the coffee table that was placed in the middle of the room.
Alicia then grabbed a blanket that was near by and tossed it over her Mom's body and sighed "I hope I never turn out like you, Mom."
She then turned and made her way upstairs to her room. Alicia honestly hated her Mom and the way she acted, but that was still her Mother after all so she has to care for her because she was the only family she had.
Other then Rue and her Mother, Alicia had no one else.
