After Samir has narrated the stories of what happened to them, almost everyone was in tears, Subhanallah, I can't believe you went through all of this without any of us knowing, may Allah have mercy on her soul, grant her the highest rank in jannah bizinillah Ammi prayed, aamin thuma aamin they all answered, after a moment of silence Abba spoke up so Samir where are u staying now, I stay alone in the house hoping Zara will show up at the door one day but it's been five years now and i still have not found her, I have looked for her everywhere but still no sign of her he answer in with a sad tone, don't worry my boy if Allah wills we will find her, i will try all my best to help u in sha Allah, Abba said to him with a smile, jazakallahul khyran bil jannah, am truly grateful, enough with the sad face we will find her just let us know anyway we can be of help OK, Naam in sha Allah, from then they all had a light discussion until, Bilal had a call of an emergency at the hospital, doc, nurse zuliehat said as soon as he answered the call we have an emergency that needs u right now, what how about Abdul is he not on duty, am yet to even resume work, we know,doc,but this really needs u that why he asked me to call u, OK fine will be on my way he said getting up,what happened immediately he ended the call Ammi asked, work happened Ammi love i have to go will tell u all about it later am running late, he was already by the door, hold up samir said, getting up will drop u off, thanks man, Asalamu alaykum ammi and Abbi, will take our leave now, Walaykum salam dear, make sure u keep in touch OK, Ammi added as they left hurrying to the car, while on the way Bilal kept receiving calls and tell them what to do next, tell them he was close, soon enough they reached there destination, we are here Samir announce tnx man will see u later have to hurry in, OK later bro. Dr. Bilal hurried to the emergency what he saw broke his heart, in there was a little girl of about 10years old by his assumption, as soon as the nurses saw him, welcome doc we have been waiting for u, OK let's start he checked for vitals and went through the scan he had earlier told them to carry out, Alhamdulillah he had asked for that in advance seeing it, he immediately turned and ask who brought in the patient, he asked she is outside doc, OK will speak to her we have to go into surgery immediately will just let her know and we can start, pls before then,tell them to get the operation room ready no he shouted, walking out he found a lady by the door as soon as his eyes landed on her he was struck by her, after looking for a few seconds he lowed his gaze, excuse me are u the one who brought in the patient, upon hearing the voice she stand up immediately cleaning her face, yes pls how is she, is my baby going to be all right, tell me she will be fine, I can't leave without her she cried more, he wondered her baby, is she not too young to have a child that too, one as big as the girl he saw, clearing his throat he answered may i know your relationship with her, she is my baby that i told u, OK what is her name he asked as it was not stated in the file, her name is Walidah, OK well we will be performing a surgery on her, as she is having difficulty in breathing her air wind is closing up looks like something is stopping her from breathing properly,from the scan we did earlier it shows something is there blocking her air wind, am doctor Bilal and i will be leading the operation, o just need to let u know this and also for u to sign this form, but y is ya Ahmed not doing the operation, well am not sure y but we don't have time and i need ur consent before going ahead and we are fast loosing time we don't have, she looked at him with tears in her eyes will she be OK? She asked with sharking voice, well u need to give permission and then pray to Allah, by his will she will be fine. Doctor Bilal u have tried thank you for coming on short notice,bilal turned and find Dr. Ahmed coming forward as soon as she saw him, she ran to him hugging him tight yaya my baby will she be fine,she cried more, don't worry Aaliyah noorie is going to be fine, doctor Bilal is the best in the area, before Bilal could say anything another voice spoke from behind him, Dr. Bilal we are ready,ok coming Dr. A could u plz tell her to sign we don't have time, of course i will sign it myself, he answered leaving Bilal shocked, but it has to be the patient's guidance signing it, but i am will explain later as he was the doubt in his eyes, pls he added,if u say so Bilal answered turning back to go inside the theatre, pls doc, safe my noorie a soft voice said, in sha Allah will do my best, pray to Allah, he answered and left.

After 4 agonizing hours they finally conclude the operation, it was a miracle that the young girl pulled through,at one point they thought they were going to lose her, but Alhamdulillah it was all a success, Bilal dragged his tired self out after instructing them on what to do and telling them a job well done, ready to give the news to the mother of the child, one he could still not understanding yet, I mean she does not look older than 22 or 23 years at most to him, he dismissed the taught and went out, as soon as she saw him, she was on her feet, which coursed the rest to stand up, how is she, did she make it, answer me pls tell me my baby is fine, she asked all that once, clam down Aaliyah u asking too many questions how will he answer you, a woman who looks like she is in her 40ths said, but ummi, I want to know how is my baby, finally Ahmed returned with something in hand maybe he went to get them coffee, Bilal how is she,he asked coming close to him, Alhamdulillah it was fine, we did have some complications during the surgery,but we were able to handle it, now the rest is left to Allah, he answered now turning to the cliamed mother, ur baby is one tough cookie he smiled, in sha Allah she will be fine, just keep praying for her. Jazakallahul khyran bil jannah doc. May Allah bless u, she answered crying, shortly after she was willed out of the theatre, Aaliyah ran to her,my baby she began to cry, clam down Aaliyah, Noorie needs to be taking to her room and rest, ummi said pulling her away, can't i stay with her, no am afraid not she needs close monitoring so she will be in ICU,the next few hours will be very cursal for her. She slowly nodded her head, thank you again doc. Bilal for coming on so short notice, Ahmed said to him, it's my pleasure Ahmed don't worry, right now am going to check on her see everything is fine then head home, am tired it's been a long day, yes pls do that but before then let me introduce you to Ummi and Abba, of course have been wanting to meet them anyway, let's go then it's ur lucky day, Ahmed lead the way, Umma, Abba, let me introduce you to my friend Bilal, the one i told u about, we meet in school, remember, yes Bilal the one that Always keeps u out of trouble and the one Husna tort u were cheating on with her, umma laughed not funny umma, Ahmed replied, yeah u all are too serious right now, munchkin is going to be fine OK, umma said patting, Aaliyah's head, and turning to Bilal, i have heard so much about u, am glad i finally meet u,and thank you for saving noorie's life, may Allah bless u, Bilal smiled at the kind words of umma, Aha it's Allah Who saves life ma'am, am just glad i could help, Aha call me umma like this bighead does, umma answered, Bilal smiled loving her already, she was just like his Ammi, he was sure they will be good friends if they ever meet,turning to Abba, he greeted him, good evening sir, Aha i tort u just agreed no ma'am so why should there be sir, pls it's sounds old, call me Abba pls, thank you my boy, God bless you he said, Bilal was shy,aha sir, i mean Abba pls don't thank me, u don't have to do that pls as u said u are like my Abbi, and i won't like Abbi saying thank you to me,he replied looking down, Abba only smiled and pat him on the shoulder, u should learn babana umma answered making Ahmed to roll his eyes, this is the reason i did not want to introduce u oh, now i won't hear the end of it he said enough for only Bilal to hear, making him just shake his head at him, oh and come meet my baby, Aaliyah, Bilal's heart skipped a beat, he does not know why but he did not like that Ahmed called her his baby,Ahmed looked at his face and wondered what was wrong, but decided to go ahead this is Aaliyah, my baby the one i always told u about, the trouble maker he whispered for him to hear, that's when it all made sense, she was Aaliyah his little sister, Bilal smiled it's nice to meet u Aaliyah, don't worry she will be fine,she only managed to smile a little a sad one at that at him and returned looking outside, well it's been one long day will take my leave now.
