BACK TO Y/N POV

you were so hurt, you had no right to be. you and eren weren't official anyway, so why were you feeling this way? it was confusing. you knew you liked him, but he didn't like you back. he was in a relationship and you had no right to get into it. whatever, you didn't move here to find a boyfriend anyway, you just came to focus on your education and college, even though there was at least 2 weeks till it starts.

you make your way to your house and unlock the front door. you went straight to your room and just started crying and screaming into your pillow.

"why does he have to be in a relationship?! that girl is so lucky! i wish i were in her place!" you screamed into your pillow your voice muffled. you decided to call someone who knew exactly how to make you feel better any time. you unlock your phone using face ID and clicked on a contact named "wifey 🤗😍💞" and hit call.

"hey, y/n, what's u-"

"mikasa! please c-come over right now!" you screamed interrupting her mid-cries. (a/n : everyone stutters when crying don't attack her and act like uve never done it b4) mikasa didn't bother asking questions because she was smart enough to understand that when you used her first name and not nickname, it was serious. she quickly hung up and you assumed she was probably on her way.

a couple minutes passed and someone burst down the front door, even though it was already unlocked, but you didn't care right now. she quickly made her way to your room, eyes widened, seeing your current state. she firstly pulled you in for a long, comforting hug, to which you hugged back immediately. you needed this hug and she knew well you did. after a little she finally pulled away and looked at your face. your eyes were red and puffy and your hair was a mess.

"what happened?" she asked, eyes soft. even though mikasa was always bold and emotionless, when it comes to your emotions, she's a total different person. (a/n : mommy) "explain everything from the beginning."

"o-okay," you sniffed and took a deep breath and when you calmed down to the point to where you can talk you restarted, "me and eren wer-"

"of course it's about eren. what did i expect?" she immediately interrupted you.

"just please listen." your tears have stopped but your eyes were still watered. "so as i was saying, me and eren were going grocery shopping and then he decided to go to the fucking hot wheels isle????" you laughed through tears recalling your memories while mikasa tried so hard to not laugh. "anyways i told him im not getting you freaking hot wheels meanwhile he wouldn't stop pouting." you continued, "and then i walk away and then this random lady grabs me by my arm and then i say "didn't anyone teach you to not grab on people" something among those lines and then she goes "didn't anyone teach you to not talk to taken men"" you said mocking her voice. mikasa's eyes widened.

"what the hell? he's taken?" you couldn't help but feel your eyes water again and you broke down again. mikasa pulled you in immediately. "doesn't he flirt with you or something? he always acts like he's the shit, i've known eren since middle school, i told you he was a player. but i'm not here to scold you, for now, let's go have a girls night and forget about men for a while, alright?"
