It was another bright sunny day within the Kamisato Estate. Ayaka and Ayato were busy sparring outside in the yard while their mother and father watched them from the outside patio.

Little Ayashi was within the building looking around for an instrument his mother would play for them when they would have a picnic from time to time.

Ayashi quickly ran out the house to the patio with the instrument in hand. "Mama! I found your Shamisen!" Ayashi excitedly screamed as he rushed over to his mother.

"Careful now Ayashi, we don't want you breaking your mother's precious Shamisen now, do we?" The boy's father joked as he chuckled with his mother.

"Don't worry Papa! I'm really careful when it comes to handling stuff!" Ayashi says as he sat inbetween his parents, instantly strumming the instrument at random, quite aggressively.

"There's no need to be so rough with it now," Kayo states and her son stops his actions. "Do you want me to show you how to play a simple tune?"

Ayashi's face brightens up with a wide smile while he vigorously nods.

Ayaka and Ayato had finished off sparring for the day and went back inside. When the two walked past Ayashi's room, they stopped to hear the sounds of a Shamisen being played.

A simple tune was being played on the instrument and it seemed that the player would miss a few notes quite often. Once the song came to an end, there was the sound of someone clapping and the sounds of a small boy giggling.

"You played so well for your first time playing."

"Really? I knew it!"

Ayaka and Ayato look at one another before happily smiling with hushed giggles. The two siblings soon head off to take a bath and get changed.

Once Ayaka and Ayato were in a more comfortable attire, they both head over to the sitting room where the rest of their family were.

"Ayaka! Ayato! I can play on Mama's Shamisen now!" Ayashi excitedly exclaimed as his elder siblings chuckled while taking a seat on the mats on the floor.

"Really now? Are you going play us a song and put a performance for us then?" Ayato asked as his younger brother nods his head.

"Of course!"

Ayashi now sat outside within the patio, playing random songs and tunes he'd learnt from his mother from when he was younger.
As always, his siblings and Thoma were busy with work - forcing him to stay at the estate after getting in trouble.

The boy had grown bored and decided to take out the old instrument he hadn't taken out of his room or played anything with in such a long time.

A light, soft blue Shamisen with an assortment of Sakura patterns upon it.
