- This chapter isn't really necessary but it shows Ben after 2 years and just explains what's happening.

(Ben)

As soon as you know it, it's the moring.
I turned around on my tiny bed to turn off the alarm. 5:10am.
I peeled myself off my bed and stood up ready for the day or so I though. My legs quickly crumbled away reminding me of yesterdays training with the 2 big men. "Oh did I hate it" I though to myself. I did some wake up stretches until I felt my body or soul come back to senses before I went to the men's bathroom which till this day still smells like diarrhea. I held my breath for the 1thousandths time and went to brush my teeth for the moring.
I looked at myself in the mirror only to see the bruise still on my arm from the fight I had with the 2 giants. "Will at least I won" I said aloud to myself proudly. I stared at the mirror to see my unbrushed messy brown hair. Yes, I got more taller, muscular, smarter but more important, stronger, but I still felt like the boy 2 years ago. The one who couldn't even fight a girl while she was reading a book.
I shook my head at that though. "Erica where are you" I thought for the millionth time? I still remembered right after we defeated SPYDER Erica had to leave and that was that. No calling no talking no nothing. She just disappear to do something and only leaving me a message  about leaving for a few months or years. "No she's alright" I though.

I finished brushing my teeth which took longer than expected. 8:43 seconds all together. I went back to my tiny, cramped, paper thin wall room and changed my clothes that would be suitable for today's classes. And that class was PE or what Zoe likes to calls DEATH. I changed into a black sweatshirt and black sweatpants and went to the dinning hall.
I opened the doors to see little to no people in the Mess Hall. I quickly gave an apple not even wanting to look at todays dinner and ran to center of the campus where the gym was at while eating the apple.
I made it just in time sparing 3 mins before Coach Macaulay starts lecturing us. I ran towards Zoe and Mike my close friends and waved at them. Mike waved back and mentioned me to come over which I did with out a hesitation.
"How are you guys" I said not at all out of breath. Mike and Zoe looked at me with worried glances which I didn't get until I saw their clothes. "Shot" I said. It was apparently the day of the year where there's a mud obstacle course were you had to pass that Coach Macaulay loved to see. Probably because of the brutal courses and what it's lends to if you fall.
I turned around to see Coach Macaulay coming with her clipboard and that smile on his face. "Just great" I thought to myself. I let out a exaggerated sigh and turned toward him.  "Ahem, I like your intention please" he said, still with that creepy smile. "I like to announce that it's this time of the year, we're doing the—". Their was a dramatic pause before he said "MUD RACE" He stated as clear as the snow on the ground.
Everyone let out a sigh before looking at him again. "As you know the quicker you get to the finsh line the better your grade is" he said looking at us all. We just nodded and went to the course to see a huge obstacle covered in mud. "Why out of all the days" I thought to myself. Zoe looked at me with an apologetic look while Mike just smirked at me. I inhaled the icy air and waited for the count down to finish.
Thankfully with my mathematic skills I was the first to get moving. With the skills I had gathered throughout my years of training I started to count like their was no tomorrow. I calculated every time the mud would dump which was approximately every 30 seconds. I spead through the first 2 course leaving me in first place and went on to the 3 course.
Their was a thin tightrope with objects swing lefted to right. I looked at Coach Macaulay with his evil grin. So far I wasn't yet covered in mud like my colleagues but that doesn't mean I wanted to fall in the ice bath below the tightrope. I took in a deep deep breath and exhaled. I looked at the obstacle and started calculating. "Every swinging was in about 5 seconds so I need to move fast" I though to myself if it weren't already obvious enough.  I then made my first move. I ran.
Throughout my years in spy school I learned to stay calm, collective and smart which was really easy to say but not to do in situations like this but I kept my cool and went with the flow stopping every 5 seconds to dodge the objects coming at me. In the end I did a backflip I learned by Chip and made it across without getting hypothermia. I looked back to see Zoe and Mike were now at where I was before. I smiled at them and looked at my final course before I could pass.
And of course my luck ended up here. A rock wall with 3 buckets of mud that would tip over every five seconds. "How lovely" I though. I looked at the rock wall and calculated that the left side was the most easiest. So I started climbing.
I climbed the rock wall and made it to the middle half of the rock wall before I saw Zoe and Mike. They were both drenched in water and shivering. I just twisted my body and using my left hand to grip onto another crevice in the rock wall and repeat that in a quick fluent movement before the bucket tipped other covering half of my body in mud. The mud was cold, soggy, smelly and dirty but I kept on moving up the rock wall with out hesitation.
I was now almost at the end of the rock wall and I could now see the finsh line right ahead of me. I was at the point were the rock wall was curving out wards and my  body was now facing the ground with my hand gripping on to the crevice for dear life while my legs were hanging loose. I was seriously going to fall and my hands weren't gonna holding on forever.
I look down for some reassurance only to see all my fellow students looking at me with wide eyes. That was when I realized I was hanging 20 feet off the ground with no support. "Great, if I fall I'll be sitting in bed for 3 mouths" I though with sarcasm. I looked at my red hands barely holding on and I pulled myself up with the little strength I still had left inside of me.
I pulled myself upward and made it to the platform on top. I turned around to see Mike and Zoe looking at me in awe. I waved at them and looked at the fireman pole I had to go down before I could get to the finish line.
In the end I went down the pole and ran with all my might to the finsh line with a smile plaster on my face. I didn't care I was drenched in sweat or the fact that I was half covered in mud. I was just happy that for the first time I won in a athletic thing. Even Coach Macaulay was shocked at this but hide it just as fasted.
I smiled at that and decided to admire the beautiful view of the people falling to their doom. Until I was randomly called down to the office with no explanation. "BENJAMIN RIPLEY, COME DOWN TO THE PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE RIGHT AWAY".
