Chani noticed that his friend was facing out again and snapped his finger in front of him to get his attention. They were currently reviewing today in preparation for their quiz later on, and he is well aware that he should not be concerned about him, but he just can't help himself.

Hwiyoung, his friend, is helpless.

"You know, if you really want to approach him, why don't you just go ahead and do it?" Chani stated lazily, it seems like he's getting tired of watching his friend doing the same thing ever since they were freshmen.

"You were also aware that I'll absolutely do it if I have the opportunity. I'll give you my word that he's my boyfriend right now if I'm not a coward." Hwiyoung responded immediately and heaved a sigh at the end of it. It appears that he has been saying this to Chani as well whenever he has questioned him.

"You're hopeless." With a shake of his head, Chani expressed his thoughts.

"I know." He sighs again. "Damn, he's gorgeous."

Chani followed Hwiyoung's gaze and found their senior somewhere inside the cafeteria, far from them. Minding his own business alone at the table where people barely notice him.

Hwiyoung, on the other hand, is a different story. He can easily spot him in any situation. He's been observing him and he noticed that he likes to stay in not crowded places where people won't notice him.

He's not sure if this is a good thing. But what else is there for him to do? Taeyang is simply attractive, and he doesn't actually plan to ignore this reality about him. His beauty is irresistible.

"Why don't you just focus here?"

The guy that Hwiyoung has been simping ever since they got into college.

Hwiyoung had no idea what course he should take because he had no idea what he wanted to do in life. Everything will be fine in his view as long as he puts in the hard work and dedication. Chani is a little different. He has always been a big fan of music, and he aspires to be a great musician one day.

The day of their enrollment, he and Chani arrived at the college, and he was debating whether or not he should continue his studies or take some time off to find and discover what he really wanted when, out of nowhere, this gorgeous man who had been assisting the enrollees appeared in front of him with the sweetest smile on his face.

Hwiyoung's first action was to look at his ID to find out his name, and he smiled when he did.

And it was because of Taeyang that he decided to pursue a music degree with Chani in order to see him often.

However, despite the fact that it has been a year and a half, Hwiyoung has not been able to speak with him. The presence of Taeyang makes him nervous and incapable of doing anything. He's very nervous.

"I already studied last night and I literally woke up on my table. So don't mind me, I'll just sit back and admire his beauty from afar." He said and closed his book. "Is he dating someone right now?"

"Why are you asking me?"

"I'm not asking you."

"God, where's Taeyang? He's not in the club room." Someone said something behind them, and Hwiyoung immediately focused his ears on them since he heard Taeyang's name, but his gaze remained fixed on the latter's specific spot.

"I don't know. Maybe he's not here as well."

"Rowoon said he's here."

"Where? I can't see him."
