Hwiyoung was nervous when Taeyang asked him earlier. He has no idea what's his reason but the only thing he is for sure is, he's really nervous right at this moment.

Why did he call him? What does Taeyang want to talk about?

While he was following the older while holding a drink in one hand and the other was rubbing his chest to feel his heartbeat, he was unable to tear his eyes away from the older and his heart is currently beating very quickly.

Hwiyoung jerked backwards in response to Taeyang looking over his shoulder at him. The way he looked at him like that made him more attractive.

"Hwiyoung-ssi."

"Just call me H-Hwiyoung. Y-You can talk to me casually, sunbae. It's okay."

As he spoke those words with nervousness, his ears were turning bright red, but he hoped that the older wouldn't notice. Taeyang gave him a small nod and a modest smile before taking a sip of coffee from his hand and turning his head to look at him once again.

Hwiyoung was awkwardly standing there staring at the handsome guy.

This is why he is scared of approaching the older. He'll just stare at him and think he's weird and creep him out because he's not talking and is only staring.

He's always stunned.

Wake up, Hwiyoung!

"Uhm, why do you want to see me?"

Taeyang rubs his nape slowly as he smiles shyly at the younger in front of him. He is not like this, but in order to make changes in his life, he realized that moving first is not a bad thing.

"I.. want to treat you to a meal. Y-You know, for misunderstanding you." Taeyang then smiled.

Hwiyoung gasped and quickly shook his head. "No, sunbae. It's fine. You don't have to do that. I am at fault too, you know? It's because of my own behavior."

The older shook as well. "I want to treat you Hwiyoung-ah, and you know..." Taeyang stops as sighs while staring at the younger one in front of him. The corner of his lips is slowly rising.

"Get to know you better." He added. "Is that okay with you?"

Why would he do that?

That question had been bothering Hwiyoung for a while, and he couldn't stop thinking about it. To be honest, he's not sure what to think first.

The fact that Taeyang asked him for a meal and not Hwiyoung considering it as a date is ridiculous. He doesn't want to assume but his heart just can't stop assuming things the moment his sunbae asks him.

He couldn't blame himself either since he never expected this to happen and now that it's happening, he couldn't even think properly but think of it as a date.

First and last maybe? He doesn't know what will happen after that.

Considering it as a date is not that bad either. Taeyang will never know.

For Pete's sake, Hwiyoung, calm down! Isn't it just a meal?

And what's his reason to know him better?

Does he know about his feelings for him?

"No way. I've been liking him for a year now and no one has betrayed me ever since. So how will he know?"

"I am this close to betraying you. I think you need to know since I'm not getting patient either." Younghoon gestured to Hwiyoung how small his patience was with his fingers. "Luckily, Juyeon was there to stop me."
