Tyler Oakley Oneshots

a hot pool day!

It was a beautiful but sweltering hot day in March, so Tyler talked to Troye, Tyde, Maddie and Korey on the phone to see if they were free to join them for a pool day.

Tyler was very pregnant, so he didn't want to go by himself, plus, he knew the boys would love the other adults coming along and love to swim!

Sparrow and Archer were eating ice cream which Tyler allowed them to since they had lunch, in shorts and tank tops and no socks because of how hot it was, even with air conditioning.

Sparrow had a tropical looking tank top, while
Archer had one that was rainbow colored.

"Mom! Are we doing anything today?" Archer
questions, aware that he might say no.

"'We are, actually! We're going to a pool with your Dad, Uncle Korey, Uncle Tyde and his girlfriend Maddie!" Tyler responds with a grin.

"YAY!" Archer says as he flaps his arms in excitement and with a big smile.

"Are any friends we know going to be there?" Sparrow asks Tyler.

"Maybe! I'm not sure!" Tyler says as he chuckles.

"Can Crouton come?" Archer asks Tyler curiously.

"No, Crouton can't go into a public pool! When we get a pool built here he can swim with us!" Tyler says to Archer and Sparrow.

"Is Uncle Korey coming over?" Sparrow asks Tyler.

"Yup! He is on his way and once he is here we are getting ready go! So get your swim trunks on and put your tank tops back on!" Tyler says with a big smile.

Both boys cheer loudly, finishing up their ice
cream and running upstairs. While getting
changed, they talked eagerly.

"I love going swimming! It's so refreshing!" Archer tells his twin brother.

"Me too! I know we have to shower after, but it's so worth it when it's like, over a hundred
degrees." Sparrow exaggerates the heat.

Neither of them usually checked the weather, just guessed by feel, but when it was normally around the seventies in Fahrenheit, anything below or above was crazy to them. That's what happens when you grow up in California.

Sparrow quickly gets his swim trunks on,
changing to a new tank top since he had sweated through his other shirt somehow.

And Archer also gets his swim trunks on, but
keeps his original tank top.

"Do you know it's supposed to get in the sixties and below next week?" Sparrow asks quite maturely.

Sometimes he'd check the weather on
his smart watch and Archer shakes his head no.

"Woah. That's cold!" Archer says as he giggles.

Soon, after putting sunscreen on and wearing
their sunglasses inside, they hurry back down the stairs, pleasantly surprised to see Korey already there.

"Hi, Uncle Korey!" Archer and Sparrow both say in unison with big smiles.

"Hey guys! Are you guys ready to go swimming?" Korey says with a cheeky grin.

"YES!" Archer and Sparrow both yell happily.

Tyler wobbles over to Korey, Archer and Sparrow.

"Thankfully these swim trunks still fit!" Tyler says as he chuckles.
