I am the definition of a contradiction. I can only see life in black and white. It is nothing more than finite. But I am only able to think between the grey lines. Life is made of only distinct answers. It is a structure that functions the same year after year of the single purpose humans ponder over for generations to come.
People tell me I'm wrong. That the world shifts and changes every single second leaving nothing up to fate. But the randomized structure of life is, in fact, structure. Everything is to play its part by design.
What is it you do when you're backed up in the corner and you are left with two options? One person who primes themself on intelligence would simply say to find another way. They'd say to get out of the corner. There's always a third option. Life has no limits and yadda yadda bullshit. Sure there could be a third option. In all reality, there could be a slew of different ways to work your way around a situation that seems troublesome or horrendous. But that's not the point.
My conundrum here is that I am a living contradiction. I cannot find the third way. I think and see in grey by my decisions are made as a single yes or no answer to any question. There are no extra details other than that simple answer. The grey matter is fluff. The icing on a cake, if you will. All that matters is the foundation. The base. So when I am faced with a question or something in need of decision making I choose one option and I stick with it. Decisions are hard and set once you make them. Everything before is what confuses the human mind into thinking it is a problem in need of thinking and solving. Just choose.
The fact of the matter is, all situations in life are black and white. If you insist they are more complex with the grey area, you're looking at it wrong. Change your perspective. You are looking at a single scale that you stretch with these meaningless thoughts. There are no details in need of being worked out. There are hundreds of other ways to look at any given situation. Change your direction. Change the angle until it is nothing more than a switch. ON or OFF. If you grow proficient, eventually, you'll be able to use this tactic often and instead form the scale into a switch into a button. Easy. Simple. Fast. No overthinking. A simple yes or no.
