"Here for practice!" Elaine calls, knocking on the door and allowing herself, Wilbur, and her siblings in.

Ash, Mark, and Joe sat already there talking among themselves, cleaning their instruments, and/or simply on their phone.

"Hey you guys," Joe waves from the floor with a quick but bright smile.

The others either awkwardly acknowledge her or shoot her a small "Hi,"

"Are we almost done with this yet?" Elaine asks, referring to their song, as she sighs softly and gets comfortable on the couch. The others follow suit.

The little amount of dust flutters away as Ash wipes it gently from his instrument, "Almost,"

"Finally," Ezmae sighs, sitting down next to her sister and letting all her items hit the floor.

Wilbur who was originally standing at the threshold of the room, goes to sit next to Elaine as well, so now she's squeezed between the two idiots. Elliot on the other hand goes to sit with Ash.

Joe gets up from his previous position and stands before everyone like he's about to give some sort of speech. The man who was originally smiling warmly now has a look of almost frowning spread across his face. Guilt. "Now that everyone has arrived," he inhales deeply, "I have something i'd like to.. reveal."

"Oh hell," Wilbur groans, "What'd you do,"

Everyone refused to make eye contact with Joe, whenever he has something to reveal like this, it's always something bad.

He takes a deep breath, "Alright so.."

"Get on with it," Ezmae says looking at her phone.

" ImighthavekindofsortatoldTommyaboutourbandthing,"

Everyone took a second to try and comprehend what he had just said, Elaine was the first to speak up.

"You.. You told Tommy?!"

"Joe it was meant to be a surprise," Mark sighs.

Everyone sits their items down, out of all things, surprisingly this is not what they were expecting.

Except with Ash that is, he keeps quiet, he knew it was bound to happen.

"I know! I forgot we were keeping it a secret and he had called and asked me what I was doing yesterday and I replied with 'working on some melodies for the band'," He inhales sharply, "..and then he got ecstatic thinking Lovejoy only is making another song.."

"And there you told him everything?" Elaine finishes for him.

"...Yep." Joe says with a pop, "He also knows we have practice today, so I don't doubt that he will want to come over,"

"He's probably gonna show up and burst through the door at random," Wilbur chuckles, "Actually,"

Wilbur grabs his wallet from his back pocket and pulls out a twenty and places it on the table.
