"See you tonight love."
As I was skipping home, all my happiness was crushed when I realised what I would be going home to. My spirits would be crushed. But for the first time, I didn't care. I had something to look forward to and I was so excited that I was one hundred per cent sure that nothing could break my happiness.
Opening my front door, I could tell that my parents were doing something in the kitchen. Cooking or something. I crept past the kitchen and up to my room. I had to get ready for tonight. Taking out my favourite dress, I realised how I wanted to dress like for the night: my favourite navy blue dress with a pair of short black heels.
I practically flung myself into the clothing items. Going to my dresser, I selected my teardrop shaped diamond ring that was gifted to me from my parents a few years ago along onto my middle finger on my right hand and clasped the matching necklace around my neck. That was also a gift from my parents.
Believe it or not, they were once loving and caring and kind people. But something in them changed and they became almost heartless. I miss the old them.
Sitting down at my dresser, I applied a little bit more makeup. Then I went into the bathroom and did my hair. Nearly forty-five minutes had passed and my parents were still banging and clashing in the kitchen. Louis' concert was in about an hour- that left time to get myself sorted out with what to bring et cetera.

I figured that now was the right time to sneak back out the house to Louis' concert. I could no longer hear my parents which was a little suspicious. Creeping down the stairs, my heart rate quickened, only to slow again when I heard my dads soft snores from the couch and my mums whistle as she exhaled. This is easier than I thought.
I slipped past them, out the front door and worked my way the the arena where Louis' concert was. To say I was excited was an understatement. Ecstatic? Understatement too.
Looking up at the huge arena, I mentally gasped. It was so big! I couldn't believe I was here, here to see a Louis Tomlinson concert. That he invited me to.
I walked over to a big industrial door with the letters VIP stuck to the door with tape. I pushed the door open and walked up to the two security guards at the entrance of the arena and showed them my pass. When they let me through, I walked down a long hallway to the end. A door that said VIP Only. I pushed it open and there was Louis, meeting a group of teenage girls. He looked up and saw me and quickly said goodbye to the girls. Once the girls were out of sight, he quickly pulled me in for a hug.
"I'm so glad you were able to make it, darlin'. You didn't get hurt while you were at home did you?" He worried, pulling away from the hug to hold me at arms length by the shoulders and looking in my eyes.
"I'm okay. They didn't really notice me so I didn't even have to talk to them. Thank you for doing this Louis." He let out a relieved sigh and pulled me back in for another hug. "Not a problem, love."
"Mr Tomlinson, you're on in ten minutes." His manager walked into the room. "Okay, thanks mate."
He turned back to me and smiled. "Let's get you backstage." He lead me out the door I came through and into another door that lead to the stage and where his manager had disappeared to. "Matt, this is Alli. I want her to sit backstage for the concert tonight." Matt looked at me and smiled, and then turned to Louis and winked. Louis blushed.
"Alright, love. See you soon." He gave me a peck on the cheek and I could feel my face burning. Louis smirked and walked off, leaving me with Matt. "He likes you, you know." Matt spoke up. "I'm sorry, what?"
"Louis. He likes you. Ever since his breakup with Eleanor he could hardly look at another girl and he lost that twinkle in his eye. But suddenly, you came along, and he is the happiest he has been for the past five months. The twinkle in his eye is back. He came to sound check earlier practically bouncing off the walls. You have an affect on him. He clearly likes you, but don't tell him I told you. And you might wanna stick around. He might ask you on a date."
I was shocked. How had I not noticed this? And me? Why me? "Anyway, here. Have a seat." Matt pulled up a plastic chair next to his. This would be an interesting night.
Louis' POV
As I got my earpiece and microphone, all I could think about was her. Ali. She made my whole would brighter. There's just something about her that even Eleanor couldn't make me feel, and we were together for many years. This was going to be the best show I have done in a long time because I won't be as depressed as I normally am.
I haven't been the same since Eleanor cheated on me and left me for the guy she cheated on me with. I don't miss her, I'm just extremely upset and angry. But Ali makes me feel so happy and alive and.... I have to make her mine.
That's a big thought, Tommo. I know, but she makes me happy and I want to help her. Maybe she could help me. Not that she would want to help me, let alone want a relationship with me. I was just a nobody singer and she was, amazing. I want her. No... I need her. I need Ali.
"Mr Tomlinson, you're on in thirty seconds." One of the stage hands called for me. I approached the stage and took a deep breath. Holding my microphone in my right hand, I walked on to the stage, waving at all my fans with my left hand. I glanced quickly behind me, and Ali was standing on the side of the stage with a huge grin on her face. I turned back and quickly read some of my fans' signs: some about how amazing I am, some were about Larry or other ships and some were just your average fan poster.
"How is everyone tonight?" I yelled into the mic. Everyone started screaming and cheering. "I'm glad you're all having a good time! To start us off, I'm gonna sing We Made It!" Everyone was clapping and cheering and I was smiling. A quick glance to my left, Ali was still there and still smiling as wide as before. I sent her a quick wink. I swear she blushed, and smiled even wider.
Tonight is going to be a good night!
