"Y/n!" I hear A Hazel eyed woman yell from down the street, its susan

she runs up to me in A hurry "are you okay?" I ask kinda concerned "yeah" she pants before adding "I just wanted to ask if you heard about the party the dickinson's are throwing" I look at her with A confused look and say "what party?" she sighs and says "THE PARTY MR DICKINSON IS THROWING TO CELEBRATE SOME SHIT, I mean i just told you it was the dickinson's party" I freeze before laughing nervously and saying "right, sorry sue" she gives me the *its fine look* and says "Great because your brother will be there and we both know he likes emily" when she said that I started complaining "Okay yeah, but why do I have to always watch him I mean he's older than me!" sue lets out A soft chuckle and walks away making me freeze before yelliing "wait! when's the party?!" "11:30" she yells back I look down and sigh as I make my way to the lake.

when I got there I saw my brother George kiss emily on her cheek before he leaves I roll my eyes than chuckle as I see emily gag, I walk over to emily to say hi "hello, dickinson" she smiles "well what A surprise" I roll my eyes before saying "oh please, you know this lake is my spot, like the tree is yours" she smirks and says "well that is true Gould, I am Just surprise that you didn't come sooner...we could've went for A swim babygirl" she flirts [I wasn't surprise or flushed that she flirted with me it was our way of talking to eachother, its like A game that I was slowly wishing was real "well a Gould, what made you so late" she asks exaggerating I let out A small chuckle and said "I ran into your friend sue, she was telling me about your fathers party" "are you coming" she asks "I guess I mean my brother will be there and we both know you don't want him bothering you" she nods in and says "fair point" I smile before she says "I should get going" my smile fade"bye y/n" she adds "Bye" I sigh she frowns and says "don't be so down I'll see you at 11, kay?" I nod "mhmm" when she walks away I go over to the late and put down my violin case and sit by the water to clear my mind....

I realize its almost 11:30 I quickly get up and walk home to get ready.
