"Wait a second... Wheres
Elizabeth!!?"
"C-circus baby ea-t her.." I told him. He murmured something along the lines of 'so he saw' or 'that means he saw it'. "What?" I asked confused about what he said.
"It's nothing my little prince." He told me. I still wanted to know what he said. The seemingly endless stream of tears was still falling from my eyes like little waterfalls. At this point I could probably cry an ocean in minutes. Daddy had just ran off to go look for Elizabeth and so had Mikey. I was just waiting at the entrance when uncle Henry came over and asked why I was all alone. I said Mikey and daddy were looking for lizabet since well that was actually what had happened. He said that I could play with Sammy and Charlie while I wait for them to come back.

"Sammy, Charlie. Do you guys like dress-up?" I asked them curiously.

"Yeah! I like being a doctor, and Charlie likes being a patient!" Sammy told me with a beaming smile spreading across his face. His eyes almost had sparkles in them. Almost. "I think there's a box in daddy's office with some old dress up in!" I said. "C'mon let's go!!" We ran through the entire diner just to get to daddy's office. In the corner was a box with the old dress up.

"Look! There it is!" Said Sammy pointing at a box. We went over to it and pulled the lid off. "I'll be a dragon, Charlie can be a princess and you'll be a knight!" Sammy told us.

"Yaawy!!" The only one year old Charlotte screamed.
"We should teach her to talk.." I suggested.
"..yeah.." Sammy replied. "How about we teach her our names?"
"Yeah!!"

For about an hour or two we tried to get Charlie to say Sammy or Evan but to no avail. "Ughh.. I give up!!" Sammy said.
"Charlotte! Can you say Ev?" I asked.
"Evv." She replied copying me.
"And can you say an?" Hopefully she'd say it.
"..Annn...?" Somehow she was confused.
"Evan!" I exclaimed.
"Eva-nn..?" Charlie said. "Evan, Evan, Evan!"

"UNCLE HENRY!! CHARLOTTE SAID HER FIRST WORD!!" Me and Sammy both screeched at almost the same time. Uncle Henry came running over to us quicker than quick. "C'mon Charlie. Say it." Sammy told her.
"Evan, Evan!" She said.

"Good job Charlie!"
