"This is Raven Reyes, calling Ark station. Come in." Raven said on repeat as Aiden passed her by. She seemed  rather tense. She was probably worried about Finn. He was stabbed by a grounder.

"Raven? Are you there?" Raven gasped in excitement, and Clarke suddenly looked up.

"Mom?" She breathed. "Mom, it's me!"

"Clarke?"

"Mom, I need your help. One of our people was stabbed by a grounder." She worried. "He's dying. The knife is still in his chest."

"I'm going to talk you through it, step by step." Clarke's mom, Abby, said through the radio. However, as the storm that had been brewing outside worsened, her voice started to come through in pieces.

"What's going on?"

"It's not the radio, it's the storm." Raven said panicked.

"Clarke we need to hurry." Octavia waltzes inside, carrying two canisters, and opens one up.

"Monty's moonshine?" Aiden questioned.

"Pretty sure no germ could survive it." The storm growls, and continues to get bigger, causing the three of them to look towards the door.

"Storm's getting worse." Clarke sighed. "Monroe, close the doors."

"We still have people out there." Aiden argued. "Monty and Jasper, and Bellamy aren't back yet."

"It's okay, they'll find somewhere to ride it out." Clarke assured her. Raven clears her throat, holding up a single sharp pin.

"One stitching needle." She said.

"Great. I still need something to close the wound."

"There's some wire on the second level. I used it for the tents." Octavia nodded.

"Stay away from the blue wires that run through the ceiling. I rigged it tothe solar cells in the roof, that means they're hot." Octavia ascended to the second floor, just as someone called "Hey, they're back!" Aiden turned her head, seeing the boys had returned, and not alone. They had a grounder with them.

"What are you doing?" Aiden asks.

"It's time we gets some answers." Bellamy replied.

"You mean revenge?"

"I mean intel. Get him upstairs."

-----

"Hey, tie him! Tie him! Last thing we need is this bastard escaping because you screwed up!" Already Aiden could hear Bellamy barking orders through the floor, and so badly suppressed an eye roll. She made her way up to the top level, and perched on edge of the ladder. "What are you doing up here?"

"I could ask you the same thing. Though I'm fairly confident that the answer is torturing grounders." She said, shaking her head. "Why are you doing this? Have we really stooped this low?"

"He hurt you, and Octavia."

"Don't act like you're doing this for me or Octavia. And, if you must know, he didn't hurt me. Clarke said that I had a dressing on my wounds when they found me, so maybe he saved my life. I don't know if you're aware, but to save something is the opposite to hurting something." He stood in silence for a moment. "This isn't who we are. When we first came down here you wanted us to be whatever the hell we wanted, right? We don't have to be this. We don't have to kidnap and torture someone just to make us feel better. It's not right."

"Mm-hm, okay. You can feel that way, but this is how we get answers. I'm not asking you to be up here, so if you don't like it, go away."

"Looks like I was right after all."

"Right about what?"

"It not working. We're just too different. If you wanna become this person, fine. But I won't be sticking around to watch it happen."

-----

"We're gonna try this one last time." Bellamy said, pacing in front of the grounder. "What's your name? Where's you camp? How many of you are there?" Again, of course, there were no answers.

"Hey, check it out." Miller said, tipping out a box of small viles. "What is all this stuff?"

"Who the hell knows with these people?" The grounder starts to struggle as Bellamy picks up a tattered book. "Looks like we found something he doesn't want us to see." Aiden snatched it from his hands, carefully flicking through pages and pages of drawings.

"It's our camp." She said, stopping on a page with an image of the dropship and another that had marks over it.

"Guessing that all those marks add up to one hundred and two. Ten are crossed out. That's how many people we've lost." He growled. "You've been watching us ever since we got here!" Aiden got to her feet waking towards the grounder, who merely looked at her as she stood before him. "What are you doing?"

"How come you don't talk?" She spoke, to which she got no answer. "You have literally no reasons to trust me, I know, my people have kidnapped you and beaten you, so really you should be pretty pissed at me. But it'll go away if you tell them what they wanna know." From in the corner of her eye, she watched him move his hand, like he was trying to get to her. He wasn't tugging hard against the chains, but like all he wanted to do was just touch her. Conscious that she was still being watched, she unraveled the chain a bit so it had some give. He carefully reached up and placed his hand on the back of her head, in  the spot she had been bleeding from. He then retracted his hand, looking at it for a moment. "I'm okay now, there's no more blood. I'm alive thanks to you. I probably would've blead to death if you hadn't patched me up best you could." Suddenly, an aggressive banging could be heard from the other side  of the hatch.

"Hey! Open the door!" Bellamy spun open the lock, and up came Clarke. She had a knife in her hand and she marched straight up to the grounder. "What's on this?"

"What are you talking about?"

"He poisoned the blade! All this time he knew Finn was going to die no matter what we did!" She stressed. "What is it?! Is there an antidote?!"

"Clarke, I don't think he understands you." Octavia said.

"Here." Aiden passed her the viles.

"You'd have to be stupid to have a poison around this long without an antidote. Which one?"

"Show us, please." Octavia begged.

"Which one? Our friend is dying down there and you can stop that."

"I'll get him to talk."

"Bellamy, no." Aiden warned.

"He wants Finn to die, why can't you see that?" Bellamy argued. "Do you want him to live or not?"

"Do it." Clarke said.

"I can't watch this." Aiden groaned, descending down the dropship. As she did, she could hear painful groans and it made her heart clench in her chest.

-----

Time had passed, and Finn seemed to only be getting worse and worse. He even stopped breathing for a brief moment. But eventually, the grounder must've caved because Clake came down with the vial that contained the antidote. Octavia managed to get it out of him, God knows how. Maybe he just had a soft spot for her. Finn was healing nicely, and he was even awake now. Clarke was still sad over him and Raven, but what could she do? Aiden simply wondered what would happen to the grounder now, how long it would take his people to come looking for him, and if his purpose being used up if he would be killed. She hoped that they knew better. That they would have mercy and let him go. But she knew that her people had a tendency to act on impulse.
