C14: School Principal

A few minutes left and classes are about to start when the speaker announced them to gather in the auditorium.

“Why are we suddenly gathered here?” Junkyu asked while taking a seat. Haruto, who saw them immediately rushed to them and sat beside Junkyu.

“Hello hyung.” He greeted him with a smile and when Jihoon heard it, he frowned. “You are only greeting him?”

He laughed and scratched his ears and wave to them. Yoshi waved back, but Jihoon didn't. Yoshi just took his hand and wave again to the younger.

“Good morning students, today we are going to announce that we actually have a new principal. Please welcome Mr. Choi Hyun Jo.” Everyone clapped their hands as around 40-year-old looking man came out and waved at the crowd.

“His son will also be attending this school, namely, Choi Hyunsuk. That's it for today's announcement. You can go back to your classes now.” The teacher left the stage as students one by one left the auditorium.

“Isn't it weird? The teacher just introduced him but he never spoke a word.” Jihoon said while looking at the new principal which made Yoshi pull him out.

“Stop being so obvious Ji. I thought you think it's weird because they just called us out for an announcement and not cancel the whole first class.” Yoshi chuckled about it but stopped when he noticed they are in the middle of the way.

He got pulled by Jihoon aside when Hyunsuk, the son of the principal came to them. “Hi, I am Choi Hyunsuk. You are?” He introduced himself to Jihoon.

“Park Jihoon.” He introduced himself without enthusiasm which surprised Yoshi. He used to be very cheerful when meeting new people.

“I am Kanemoto Yoshinori, but you can call me Yoshi for short. Nice to meet you.” He shook hands with Hyunsuk since Jihoon just left his hand hanging in the air.

“I apologize to my rudeness but we still have our classes. Bye.” Jihoon said and in seconds they disappeared from his sight. Hyunsuk just smiled. It will take long before they opened up to him.

“Why are you suddenly grumpy? You don't have to be rude to him, you know. He seemed like a nice guy.” Yoshi tried to calm Jihoon down for he is walking to fast and is gripping in his wrist too tight.

Instead of calming him, it made Jihoon get angry. “Why do you have to be so good at him? What's so good about him? You don't even know him much!” Yoshi was taken aback from his sudden outburst.

A few moments later, Yoshi finally understood why the guy is acting up. “Are you perhaps... jealous?” He asked which made Jihoon get a little tint of blush in his cheeks.

Not knowing how to escape the situation, he just dragged the guy harshly which made him almost trip. “Why would I? There is nothing to be jealous about.” He calmly said but inside he is screaming.

“Oh, okay.” He shrugged the thing away which made Jihoon finally able to breathe in peace.

Classes have finally finished. Haruto packed his things up and when he saw Junkyu, Yoshi and Jihoon came, he immediately approached them.

“Hi Jihoon hyung.” He greeted him first since he remembered how he reacted earlier.

The sulking guy just nodded. Yoshi sighed greeted the younger. “So excited Ruto?” He smiled.

“Yeah, I am excited to walk with Junk– I mean, I am excited to go home.” He cleared his throat as Doyoung smirked. He knew what comes next even though he didn't continued

“I am too. I miss my bed.” Junkyu said while stretching his body when he noticed Jihoon is being selectively quiet today.

“Jihoon-ah.” He called him out but got no response. Haruto was quiet nervous. ‘Is it because if earlier?’ He thought. “No, it isn't you Ruto-ya.” Asahi popped out of nowhere and said as if he knew what he was thinking.

Mashiho came too and put his arms around Jeongwoo who's too focus to his lover, ignoring what issue is happening around. “Yeah, it's probably because the son of the new principal introduced himself to them.”

Junkyu frowned. “How was that a bad thing? He loved making friends.” He looked back at Yoshi who is consulting Jihoon.

Jeongwoo smirked and remembered what he saw. Yes, he is behind them that time because he got lost in the crowd. “Who knows that supposed to be friend is going to be his rival inlove.”

Jihoon's eyes widen and looked at Jeongwoo. “YOU ARE INLOVE JIHOON?!” Junkyu yelled while jumping excitedly.

“Who?Who?” Yoshi asked not knowing he is that person. Jihoon looked away and marched forward.

“Whatever.” He said before going and Yoshi immediately followed him, trying to convince him on telling.

Junkyu is about to follow when Haruto put his arm around him.“Let them be hyung.” He said as Asahi went beside them.

“Yes, let them be.” Haruto immediately took his arm off. “Let them be. Yoshi hyung is too innocent and so are you.” He flashed smile and went forward.

“Yes! Let them be and just hangout with Haruto!” Jeongwoo teased as Doyoung put Haruto's arm back at Junkyu's shoulder.

Junkyu is still connecting the dots about Yoshi and Jihoon but Haruto is already red with their teasing. “Ah! So Jihoon likes Yoshi so he got jealous earlier which resulted to him sulking, but Yoshi doesn't know. How can I be so slow?” He giggled.

Haruto smiled in relief Junkyu didn't notice is red face until he already calmed down. “Yeah,you are so slow.”
