Chapter 4

Clay POV

'A guy just came out of nowhere... I think I'm going crazy...'

The guy was a lot taller than me, he looks like he's in his twenty's. He has a green coat with a hood covering half of his face, only letting me see his lips and nose.

"Oh my god.... It worked! Yes! I did it... Why here though..." I heard the guy mutter to himself. 'I gotta get outta here before he sees me'. Before I could get away The guy turned his head at me and yelled for me to stop "hey! Wait stop" out of fear I stopped in my tracks and slowly look back at the hooded man.

He looks at me in surprised. "Clay Taken?" HE KNOWS MY NAME.

I quickly made a run for it. 'How did he know my name?! Is he some kind of stalker?! Oh my god.'

"Wait slow down!"
I hear him following me, but he's a bit slower. For a guy in his twenty's he sure runs like an old man.

'Maybe I can lose him in the bus' I ran towards the bus stop, just in time to see a bus about to drive off. I quickly went inside and paid the driver. As soon as the bus Stopped  I hop out, and continue my journey home Thinking I have lost the man.

Just then, In the corner of my eye, I see the same hooded guy standing in the side of me. 'What the fuck!' I screamed "Why are you following me?!" I asked him. He ignored my question and proceeded looking in what I can make out of, is a Holographic watch "3 months before the Incident. Perfect" I heard him mutter. He redirected his gaze to me. It chills me to the bone.

"Why are you following me?! I'll call the cops if you-" just then a kid fazed right through him. Thats right, FAZED THROUGH HIM. I was in complete shock.

I waited for the kid to walk off before I turn to the Hooded man.

"What the hell are you?!"

"Dont worry. I will let you know, What I am"

I woke up with a Gasp, and Cold sweat dripping from my forehead. 'I really hope that was just a dream...'
I get up to my window to get a good taste on that fresh morning sunshine. What I didnt expect though, when I opened my window.

Its that fucking three legged bird.

'Nope.. Nor a dream..'

It started pecking on my head " Ow! Ouch! Stop that!" Spoiler alert, It didnt stop. Its like its telling me to follow it. And honestly I'd do anything if its to stop that bird from digging a hole in my skull. I quickly changed into some clothes, mostly a lime greed hoodie and some jeans, and followed the bird.
