I can't hate her

It's been a week since she left
Pramod drowns himself in work most of the time and the rest of the time he spends drinking
Usually Brent comes to check him up in the morning and finds in passed out on sofa drunk
And so was he today

He's been supporting Pramod to get out of all this back to his normal life
B: Pramod get up
P: hmm su-
Pramod stops and gets up hurriedly

B: kal phirse?
P: um.. kya?
B: phir drink ki na kal ?!

B: kyu Pramod!!
P: to kya karta mai !! I need a better addiction than .... Her

B: uske chakkar me apna liver kidney heart brain sab kharab kar le tu !!
(Okay this was a serious conversation but meko iss line ko likhte time hasi aa gai😂🤣)

P:kya hi farak padhta h...
B: mujhe padta h!! I can't see you like this anymore... Aur waha pier bhi..
P: is she alright?
B: ofcourse not !! Her best friend jisse usne itna pyaar kiya got lost into dust
Bina kuch bhi bole..... tujhe to phir bhi note likh ke gai par usko not even that
Par atleast she isn't passed out drunk somewhere!!

Pramod feels guilty at his behaviour
His bestfriend has been so supportive of him all this time and he didn't care
He was suffering the most because the two people he loved were suffering and he also lost a good friend
But he was the one supporting both of them keeping them same

B: kyu
P: for being a jerk to you bohat help kar raha h tu meri and i appreciate it

Pramod hugs him tightly
B: aunty ko bol du hum dono ka rishta hi pakka kar de
Pramod smiles a bit for the first time at this after a week

P: nahi par ek rishte ki baat mujhe karna h
B: kiske ?

B: abhi sahi time nahi h uske liye
P: but you hold her tight

Pramod says breaking down

B: pramod... Are you okay?
P: no I'm not !! How can I be i just hate
But Pramod stops

B: kya hua?
P: kuch nahi
B: Pramod you have every right to hate her to hate love
P: but i don't... And i can't !
I can't hate her !! I can't-
My brain won't let me !

How is it possible ki usne mujhe itni jaldi bhula diya? How can she go like this ? Kya uske man me mere liye kabhi koi feelings thi hi nahi?

B: Pramod i can't blame her because hume nahi pata ki kya hua...
Usne esa sudden decision kyu liye
Are you sure kuch nahi hua tha?

P: she was behaving a bit distant jabse Garima gai i thought she was missing them... Aur phir uss raat mujhe thank you bolne lagi and phir... Bass yehi hua tha and i already told you this !!

B: to matlab uske dimag me ye baat already thi..
But then why did she leave you after going on a date ..... If she wasn't interested to be with you why did she gave you a chance?

P: mujhe nahi pata sab bohat confusing h... Bohat koshish ki sochne ki samajne ki par.... Nahi aa raha kuch samaj and i end up like ... Well drunk

Pramod checks his phone and gets shocked
P: Brent ye dekh!!
B: kya hua !!
P: aaj doctor se appointment tha for her 18th week starting
B: so ?

P: mujhe uska mail aaya h aaj
B.......
P: aree agar abortion karaya hota to aaj appointment ka mail nahi aata
B: ho sakta h update na ho data computer me

P: nahi it's a well reputed hospital
Agar sach me abortion hua h to mujhe mail nahi aata h
To Iska matlab ye h ki......
