"OI! WATCH WHERE YOU'RE HANDS'R GOING!"
︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵Estella and her brother had arrived at King's Cross Station at a quarter til eleven. The Hogwarts Express was revealed after they ran through the barrier as they have done last year, and the year before that. As the Nott twins searched for their friends, Estella couldn't help but sit and stare at the parents giving their affection to their children before having them board the train.
Feeling a pang of bitterness, Estella turned away to look for a certain bushy haired girl, accompanied by a freckled ginger and scarred boy with disheveled hair. When she finally spotted them boarding the train, she ran ahead, dragging her things behind her.
She entered the train, which was full of conversation and students crowding into compartments. Stella made her way to the far end compartments; she had just seen the back of Ron Weasley's head disappear behind the door. As she was nearing her friends, a whistle caught her attention.
"Nott! Nott!" She turned around to see a tall and slender boy with platinum hair call her over. It was Draco Malfoy, in the Slytherin compartment along with Theo.
"Ah, Malfoy. I see you've lost the hair gel!" Estella teased, grinning widely at him. She walked over to the door and leaned against the doorway. Inside, her brother, Pansy Parkinson, Blaise Zabini, Crabbe, and Goyle were sitting.
"I did. D'you like it?" Draco declared, smirking.
Estella giggled, "Don't flatter yourself too much."
"Hey Stella," said Pansy coolly as she studied Estella's features. "Come sit in here with us. You could do so much better, you know!"
"As much as I adore you guys," The girl started, a hint of sarcasm in her tone, "I'm going to go now." Theo blowed out air and Estella waved before going off to the trio's compartment.
She reached the glass door and opened it. Harry, Ron, and Hermione were sitting inside, in deep conversation. A sleeping man in a knit sweater sat in the corner of the compartment. As soon as she entered, all three of them turned their heads.
"Stella!" Ron called out as he jumped up to hug her. Then came Hermione and Harry, hugging her after.
"Did you get our letters? I was getting a bit worried!" Hermione ranted.
"They came in late." Estella shrugged, but then grinned at her muggleborn friend. She turned to Harry, who had grown taller over the summer.
"Hey Scarface," she quipped as he rolled his eyes at the nickname. "Any life threatening events this week?"
Harry scoffed, "Actually yes. I blew up my aunt and ran away. Now a mass murderer who goes by the name Sirius Black is trying to kill me!"
"What the hell?" Estella faltered and sat down. The other three sat down as well. Harry ranted to them and told them the whole story.
"Blimey, Harry. Let's hope he isn't this man over here that's currently sleeping next to you and Stella." Ron motioned to the adult man that was sound asleep.
"Ron! Don't joke about that. It's Harry's life we're talking about-" The two quietly started to bicker about jokes and when to make them.
Estella raised her eyebrows at Ron and Hermione. "Three words; Old. Married. Couple." She whispered to Harry, who was next to her.
Harry scanned her face as she pulled out a book from her bag. "What happened to your lip?" He questioned, looking at the spot she had cut last night.
"I tripped."
"Sounds about right. Here," Harry tilted her chin up with his hand. He took out his wand and muttered the word 'Episkey.'
Estella felt the open wound in her lip close. The small pain went away completely. "Thanks," she said. Harry nodded his head, pulling his hand away after several moments. They looked up and saw that Ron and Hermione had calmed down. Hermione was looking up from a book, giving Estella a knowing look.
'What? ' She inaudibly said to her.

An hour had passed, and the quartet was snacking on food that they had bought from the food trolley. They laughed as Ron's chocolate frog jumped on his face. Things were flying around, and tricks by Fred and George were being performed in other compartments.
"I swear those two are going to illegally sell things one day." Ron exclaimed as they heard a small explosion go off next door. Estella was throwing lemon drops in the air and Harry was catching them in his mouth. Hermione was playing with her cat, Crookshanks, and Ron was giving him dirty looks. He wrapped his arms around his rat, Scabbers, protectively.
Then suddenly, the laughter and commotion died down. The train had randomly stopped in the middle of nowhere. The quartet looked back to see the windows slowly freezing, the room growing cold. "It's not even winter yet!" Hermione gasped, touching the cold window.
Estella sat up and opened the compartment door, looking around. The other students were doing the same, because their heads were peeking out too. Estella turned her head to the direction of her brother's compartment, just to see him heading over to her. "What's happening?" he questioned.
"No idea. It got all dark and cold." She was sleeveless and shivering. A noise echoed through the train. Startled, the Notts rushed into the compartment that Estella was just in.
"Ow!" Harry yelled. Theo had tripped over his shoe.
"Sorry! Couldn't see."
"OI! WATCH WHERE YOU'RE HANDS'R GOING!"
"Who's there?"
"Ginny? Why are you here?"
"I CAN'T SEE!"
The compartment door swung open, and gasps left the mouths of everyone in the room. A black, hooded figure entered, making a weird hissing noise. Everybody backed up in the corner on top of the sleeping man. Then, the figure bent down and sucked Harry's face up.
"Um, that's not natural-" Estella recognized Ginny's voice saying this.
The group was thrown to the side as the man who was sleeping woke up. He drew his wand, yelling, 'Expecto Patronum!'
