"Corasan, you're... On fire," You say, handing him a glass of water. He spills it over his flaming shoulder. You turn to Doflamingo, "As I was saying, boss, I found the whereabouts of that guy you were asking about," You tell him. He grins, "Well done! You have it written?" He asks. You nod, presenting a map and letter to him. He takes it, "Alright, rest here for a few days ___," He says, looking over the papers. "Yes sir," You reply before turning and nearly walking into a boy.
"Whoa, where'd you spring from?" You ask, kneeling in front of him. "White town," He replies, looking at you warily. You blink, remembering the town that turned to hell. Spotting the white patches that were appearing on his face, you put a hand on his shoulder. "Sorry about that... What's your name?" You ask him. "Trafalgar Law," He answers. Something about the way he introduced himself made you smile a bit. "Well Law, I'm ___. Tell me if you need anything and I'll help you out," You tell him, standing back up before walking out.
"___!" Baby5 calls, running up to you. She collides into your legs, making your stagger a bit. "Hey Baby5, what's up?" You ask. "They're picking on Law again!" She tells you tugging on your hand. You let her lead you to a courtyard in time to see and catch Law who was tossed by Corazon. "You okay?" You ask the distraught and very pissed little boy. "I'll kill..." He grumbles to himself quietly. You chuckle and set him down. "Take it easy Law," You say, putting a hand on his head before going over to Cora-san.
"You shouldn't be so mean to Law Cora-san, if you keep being cruel toward him I will step in," You warn. He looks at you for a moment, you could feel his eyes observing your face. This was the first time you confronted him about how he treated the kids. He shifts before turning and walking away. You let your head roll back and take in a cool breath of fresh air. "___," Law says, making you look over.
"Yeah?" You huff. "Why are you defending me?" He inquires. You pause, before smiling a bit. "I don't know... You kinda remind me of my little brother..." You say before walking away. You head into the building in time to have Corasan trip and fall back onto you. Your head smacks the door frame. "Ouch!" You whimper, holding the back of your head, while frowning down at Corasan with a pained expression.
"You okay Corasan?" You ask. His sun glasses had slid up to his forehead in the fall, his eyes looked up into yours. He nods stiffly and sits up, writing swiftly in his notepad before showing it to you. 'Sorry,' It read. "It's okay Corasan, I know you didn't do it on purpose," You reply, giving him a soft smile. He gets to his feet with a slight stagger, helping you to yours. He offers a slight smile. "See you later," You tell him, after dusting yourself off.The moon reflected on the waves, helping you relax. The ship had stopped at a dock for the night, so you left to find a cliff to sit on and stare at the ocean in peace. You take in a breath, watching star shoot across the sky. Something catches your ear and makes you look back. The large shape makes your squeak in surprise. Your squeak made Corasan stagger in surprise. "Cora- CORASAN!" You gasp as he falls over the cliff.
You run over to the edge in time to see him hit the water. "Well, at least he isn't a devilfruit user...." You mutter. You wait a bit, but he didn't seem to be coming back up. "Shit," You growl, diving after him. You hit the cold water, glancing around and swiftly spotting him sinking deeper into the dark blue. You swim down to him, grabbing his arm and swimming back up. You pull him onto a beach and give him CPR. After a while, he coughs up water and sits up.
"Are you okay Corasan? Did you hit your head?" You ask worriedly, touching the side of his head. He blinks at you, taking in deep breaths. After a moment he gives a thumb up. You relax a bit, letting your hand slide down to his shoulder. "Don't scare me like that Corasan, I had no idea you couldn't swim," You tell him. He meets your gaze before looking away. He pulls out a slip of soggy paper that read, 'Sorry.' You let out a soft sigh.
"Just be more careful alright, before I put safety pads and balloons all over you," You tell him playfully, but still a bit serious. He pauses, and you see the corners of his lips lift slightly. "Come on then, lets get back to the ship and get you dried off," You murmur, getting to your feet and offering a hand. You shiver slightly as a cold wind wraps around you. Corasan takes your hand and tries to stand but somehow falls back down, pulling you down after him.
Even though you both were soaked to the bone, he was pleasantly warm. For a moment you let yourself rest against his warm body. 'No! Stop!' You scold yourself, lifting yourself off of him. "You're more clumsy than I thought," You comment, offering a sheepish smirk though your cheeks burned from the embarrassment. He sits up as well, rubbing the back of his neck and looking at you for a moment. "Come on, try not to trip again... Please," You huff, getting back to your feet. He nods and stands up, staggering a bit. You grab his arm, steadying him. A slight chuckle escapes you. "You're surprisingly funny for a mute," You mutter when he glances back at you.
You board the ship, keeping a steady grip on his arm in case he fell over again. "What happened to you?" A voice inquires. You look over to see Doflamingo. "Captain, your brother fell off a cliff.... May I suggest we put him in a bubble?" You ask. Doflamingo lets out a laugh, "He is quiet the clumsy one, but I'm sure he's fine as long as you're around to save him," He chuckles. You frown and look over at Corasan. "I'm getting you a bubble," You tell him before strolling below deck to your room.
