Diving into the cold icy water was a stark contrast to the chaos going on above ground. Giragatr gave a moment to let his eyes adjust to the water before looking around. There were a few fish Pokémon around him that seemed absolutely terrified. He pondered if Feraligatr's were a predator of some sorts to the many fish Pokémon. The rumbling of his stomach quickly gave that away. Reminding him that he hasn't eaten since earlier last night when he was still human. An odd thing to think about, and while dining like a wild beast sounded appealing... He couldn't let his next target become aware of the chaos they caused so close to their own home. With a grunt they figured they could just raid someone's fridge after this.

After several minutes traveling up the river they emerged from the water, climbing back onto the land above with a huff, he had passed a bridge of concerned onlookers that were beginning to scatter out of fear from what was going on in town, with most of the people that once gathered on this route now scattered it shouldn't be much of an issue to reach his targets house, that is what he thought before his shadow emerged from the ground below him, reshaping into his master.

"How dare you betray me! This is not the right way to Vermilion City! Why are you heading to Cerulean Cape? You'd better have a damn good reason for this detour!" She hissed out to him in a commanding tone. He haven't encouraged Giratina's wrath at this point and he wasn't about to start now. He just had to explain and and everything would be fine.

"Wait my goddess, before you get too hasty please hear me out. Are you aware of the man that lives on the edge of this cape?" The demonic dragon gave pause to this question, her eyes narrowing as she glared deep into her partners soul, she was still furious clearly but she hasn't destroyed him on the spot, at least, not yet.

"Go on. Explain to me why you believe some hermit living on the cape deserves a detour while the majority of Kanto will soon realize what is happening before too long." She said in a cold calculating voice that was somehow more scary than if she had simply yelled at him. Despite this innate fear in pissing off his lord he had managed to sputter out a reply that gave her pause.

"That hermit is not just anyone. They are the creator of the box system where trainers store all of their pokemon. If we can corrupt the very same maker of the PC system we can get them to alter it in our favor. Or at the very least deny trainers access to the program. If they can't reach all the Pokémon they've enslaved for one reason or another we diminish their numbers greatly. It would be much harder to oppose us. That was my reasoning." Giragatr bowed before the shadowy apparition, awaiting judgement from his master. Giratina paused, thinking on her next move and how to proceed before coming up with a proper response.

"I do not possess such technical knowledge when it comes to the humans fancy gadgets and machines. If what your saying about this human is correct and that they could essentially cripple trainers all over the region. I will refrain from judging you until I witness this hermits work in action." Giragatr let out a quiet sigh of relief from hearing that Giratina would at least hear him out before passing judgement. Satisfied over his life no longer being in imminent danger he began to walk forward only for Giratina to speak up once more.

"But don't you ever disobey me again without discussing your plans first. I don't like surprises." She warned, her words slow and empathized to make her point very clear. A point that Giragatr now understood very clearly before giving his master a nod before resuming travels. The route ahead was covered in trees almost like a mini forest, a fence on the right side preventing trainers from falling into a puddle filled crevice down below, hearing a few splashes he noticed a few trainers running towards Cerulean City to investigate all the noise. He couldn't help but chuckle to himself at how foolish they were. Not that staying here would of been safe for much longer once he got his hands on Bill.
