I was looking the world through my lake of Observation with my wife, Mew.
(Arceus is the God of Pokemons while Mew is the Ancestor of Pokemons. And nowhere is written that Mew is created by Arceus so I am making Mew, Arceus' wife in this story)
"The world is good, dear", Mew said to me with her cheerful smile.
"Yes it is dear. Just for the Chosen one. By the way, talking about Chosen one, I am thinking how he is doing now. I have not seen him for a lot of time", I said to her but become sad at the last part.
"I don't know too. I wish he is ok", Mew said sadly.
"You are right", I said and gave a kiss to make her mood bright up. Suddenly, the Creation trio and Mewtwo came to us running. They came near and pant heavily.
"What happen, why are you coming running?", I questioned them.
"Father, today is... the day... Ash will get changed", Mewtwo said panting. My eyes widen in horror. Mew looked at me worried. She asked me why I am worrying, I replied her that if Ash get changed now then it would be a lot of trouble because he was Shadow Arceus. Mew's eyes widen in horror as well. I hurriedly said them that I am going to Ash's house. They also wanted to come even Mew so I agreed. I then created a portal to Ash's house. Everyone then went inside the portal as it vanished from Hall of Origins.
Ash's house, No one POV,
There was smoke here and there by the powerful blast. Traitors Pokemon were sad that they did that. Suddenly a purple colored light was emerging from the place where the attack hit.

Soon the smoke removed, as the traitors become horrified, all of Ash's true friends were perfect. A single scratch was also not present on them. While in front of them, a black coloured ball which was like... eating the attacks. Suddenly, a powerful wind came out from the ball. All the traitors have to put their hand in front them. It Continued for 1 min.
One min later, it stopped. The traitors removed their hand and saw something which they never expected. Ash's true friends were even shocked. There stood an Arceus, but it was not normal. It was pure black in colour on its body while its rings were white in color, which is white for body and yellow for rings in a normal Arceus.

Everyone present in his house were trembling with fear. It was covered with dark energy. It then opened its eyes. They were crimson with dark red eyes.
Ash POV,
I know I was hit with the attack, but shortly after I felt power coursing through the veins of my body, I felt powerful. I awoke, but didn't notice that I had changed, I rose and saw the shocked faces of my true friends. I felt extremely uncomfortable at how they were looking at me.
"What happened? Ow! My head hurts", I said in slight pain.
"Ash you have changed into an A-Arceus", Paul said shocked. It was the first time they saw something like this.
No one POV,
"What!", Ash exclaimed. He then looks at himself then rushes over to the nearby lake to look at his reflection. And sure enough he saw the changes, he looked like an Arceus, but Arceus' were normally White, grey and gold, but he was black, white and red in color.
"Ash, why do you look like an Arceus?", Max asked him still in shocked state after Ash came to see himself in the lake.
"I don't know Max, but... I will take my revenge!", Ash said as he started flying to reach his house. He went inside with a cold glare which can put down Giratina into shame. The traitors were trembling with fear.
"A-Ash we're sorry! Please have mercy!", they said. Ash send a wind of full power making them hit with the wall.
(After Ash changed into Shadow Arceus, he will be the strongest living being in the multiverse. Even Arceus is nothing in front of him now, because he is the God of Ultra Reality. Means, he can travel through all the universes and control them which Arceus can't do even)
"Sorry! SORRY! YOU WANT HAVE MERCY AFTER WHAT YOU DID! YOU ARE GOING TO KILL ME AND MY TRUE FRIENDS, WHO EVEN DIDN'T DID ANYTHING!", Ash shouted, making the whole earth shaking slightly.
At that moment, a portal opens revealing Arceus, Mew, Mewtwo, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina.
"Ash please stop, I know they have betrayed you, but you can't end them. If you end them then you would never be able to take revenge", Arceus requested calmly. All the legendaries were shocked that, this is the first time their father/Husband requested someone. Ash then calmed down a little.
"Mew what are you doing with that loser. Come with us", May asked with lust in her voice. Mew glared her and send out a hydro pump, making her wet.
"How dare you think I will come with a lusty girl like you", Mew said angrily. She would never go to a girl like her.
"Ash, let's go, they are not worth of our time", Arceus said calmly to Ash.
"Ok, and thanks for stopping me from killing them", Ash thanked Arceus. Arceus and Mew smiled. Ash then turned towards the traitors and glared.
"You all are alive just for Arceus. I will be back traitors, and you will regret betraying me. Just wait. SHADOW ARCEUS WILL TAKE HIS REVENGE!", Ash said normally at the first but shouted at the last.
Ash then created a portal which was connected to the Hall of Origins. All the legendaries got surprised that Ash can create the portal to Hall of Origins which just Arceus can make. Oh! We forgot Ash is also an Arceus now.
"Let's go guys", Ash said to his true friends.
"Yeah, let's go!", Max and Bonnie exclaimed in unison.
"Of course Ash", Gary said, smiling.
"Sure", Paul said happily.
"No doubt", Alain said.
Then all the five entered the portal, then all the legendaries, and at the last, Ash. After Ash entered, the portal closed as it vanished from there.
