-Peyton Hill: A sweet tomboy raised by a single father. She is a college student trying to figure out life and help her dad { john} find joy outside of being with his only daughter. As much as she loves him, he needs a hobby that doesn't involve her or their project truck.
-Roman Jackson: A good ole country boy raised by the "perfect" family with many siblings, loving parents, and the best friend of a lifetime. He tends to get too rowdy when he's out with the boys but that draws the attention of the ladies.
-Julia Taylor: Peyton's best friend from school. She's been her ride or dies for as long as they can remember. Jules tends to be the bad influence but every friend group has one. She's always been a little ahead of the times.
- Nick Cooper: Nick is the sweet guy in town that just wants to keep out of the commotion of the citizens. He has it bad for Peyton since she's the sweet innocent daddy's girl that every country boy dreams of finding.
