Figured I'd say this first; no, the third arc wouldn't not exist.
Luna
Luna is still a flamesilk. That has not changed.
Metamorphosis
Though he- and others- would've thought he'd be a flamesilk due to Luna being one, his metamorphosis would've gone as usual, just... in a cave.
The Hives
As Blue isn't a flamesilk, Sundew never would've gotten ahold of his silk. She never could've brought it to her parents, meaning they never could've burned down that hive. (I don't remember which one it was, but I think it might've been Bloodworm.)
When-
-Wasp figured out that Blue wasn't a flamesilk, it most likely would've been too late, and they would've had to flee either way as she would just continue with trying to capture or kill him.
