The Return (Character X Oc) [Pokemon: Fanfiction]

Prologue

"Espeon, Psychic! Vaporeon, Bubble Beam!"

The two eeveelutions did what their trainer asked them to and managed to stop a food truck from burning too much. A young female with brown to golden fade hair called out for her pokemon as they returned to their respective pokeballs.

"Thank you so much!"

"It's no big deal. I'm happy to help."

The girl created a whistle with her fingers as it got the attention of a male meowstic. The male meowstic nodded as they ran off towards an airport. The two boarded on their plane as the meowstic sat beside its trainer.

"Right on time. If we'd stay back a bit longer, we might've missed it."

"Mreow!"

The young lady and her male meowstic reached an island called Alola. The main reason the girl went their is because of some important business her parents asked her to do. The moment she stepped out of the airport, she wandered around the place in curiosity.

"So, this is Alola. A region that has four islands."

"Meowstic?"

The girl looked at her meowstic and smiled, "It must feel weird being somewhere that isn't in Kalos, huh?"

The meowstic nodded as it followed its trainer who was walking around the place while also looking at a tablet she had. The tablet had some basic info about pokemon having different appearances in Alola.

As the two ventured around Alola, specifically, Mele Mele Island, they saw a group of people running past them into a forest.

"What's going on?"

The two decided to investigate and saw the group of people along with a pokemon that had an unusual pattern.

The girl hovered her tablet in front of the pokemon from a bush she's hiding in as info about it appeared on her tablet.

"Tapu Koko. An Electric and Fairy type. Tapu Koko is one of the island guardians who reside over Mele Mele Island in Alola."

"Mreow?"

Later, they watched a young man accepting a fight with Tapu Koko when it used Electric Terrain. The battle progressed with the boy using a Z-move. Before its impact, a pokemon emerged out of one of her pokeballs and pushed her away. The girl opened her eyes to see an Umbreon laying on top of her.

"Umbre! Umbreon!"

"Right, sorry. I'll be more careful."

The Umbreon got off of her as she got up. On the other hand, her male Meowstic companion came floating down to them using its Psychic powers to levitate itself.

"So, that's a Z-move huh? It's quite impressive, especially in person."

The girl took a picture of Tapu Koko and decided to continue venturing around Mele Mele Island.
