2 ~~ Meeting the bratty girls

After business class was over mrs Johnson dismissed everyone. "Don't forget to.." the teacher said loudly, reminding the class of their revising work but Maria cut her off and walked out along with the other students.

She saw 2 people against the walls arguing at each other, "UGH! IM HER BEST COUSIN YOU LITTLE SHIT!" The girl yelled, "OH REALY? LETS ASK WHO IS HER FAVOURITE WHEN SHE COMES OUT." The boy said and they both breathed out a heavy sigh before pouring and turning back to face the door. Maria stood there blankly staring at them with amusement, it was her own two cousins arguing over her.

"GREAT SHE'S HERE! MARIA TELL US. WHOS YOUR FAVOURITE?!" they both yelled in unison. Maria just laughed at them while looking around to see everyone's eyes on them, "you...guys seriously. You've ..been like ...hah...this since I was born, I love you both equally!" She said between breaths. Darius and Olivia just hummed and looked away, secretly looking at each other with victory and family love. Their eyes then focused above Maria where there was a figure standing behind Maria.

A tap on her shoulder instantly made her turn around, but with her slight clumsiness she number into the boys chest. "I'm so sorry what the hell man, this luck of mine ain't working out."
Maria said rubbing the centre of her forehead, muttering death threats under her breath, cursing her dumb luck.

She looked up to see the one boy that would make her heart race, "hey Maria, just wanted to say we have next period together and if you wanted to walk with me since your new and all." Akio offered giving a sheepish grin rubbing the back of his neck. Maria's eyes widened at the offer, she wanted to decline nicely because she had wanted to leave with her cousins but she couldn't find the right excuse. She looked to the side of her signalling her 'lovely' cousins to help her out. They took the hint and went to the side of Maria grabbing onto her arms,
"sorry pretty boy but she's coming with us, maybe next time" Olivia said giving a fake smile towards him. Akio dropped his grin and then looked at Olivia with an irritated glare, he shifted his attention to Darius to find the same fake smile on him. He clicked his teeth is dissatisfaction and looked at Maria giving her a fake smile, glaring at her, "maybe next time heh, don't be late love" Akio said before disappearing into the hallway.

They all let out a long breath that they didn't know they was holding, "thanks guys.. " Maria said smiling at them both before engulfing them into a tight hug. "I miss you both so much!!" She said fake whining, Darius scoffed and Olivia just laughed. After there was no one in sight the atmosphere suddenly turned tense and dark, They paused abruptly while Olivia grabbed Maria's arm spinning her around.

"Listen pumpkin, we are just going to cut to the chase. Don't hang around with Akio, trust me. He's apart of those so called popular boys who rule the school, the people in his friend groups are absolute Idiots." Olivia paused looking directly into Maria's eyes to see if she was paying attention. When she was satisfied she let Darius explain the test because he had more experience,
"She's right nugget, I was friends with them before and I highly regretted that choice, they would take people for granted and every newbie they see, they would make them their new target especially if they're insanely rich, well this whole school is a bunch of rich kids since this is an expensive school and blah blah blah." He paused taking a huge breath before lowering his voice.

"But anyways, since your the daughter of uncle Aaron, Akio would make you his first target on the list. He is a stinky playboy, he chases every girl and then gets into their pants then ditches them the next day it's completely stupid. I've never actually seen him love anyone in our school. He broke nearly half of the girls in this schools heart, including my sister. Olivia never liked him but he made them hung out to reconsider and then she agreed with him.
I'm just saying beware of his little fangirls though, they're stinky little rats, complete bitches thinking their on top of the school. Just know we love you a lot and if you do want to be friends with him just he cautious." He finished before they both smiled at Maria.
