4 ~~ Alone time

3 days later..

{ Maria's pov }

It was a Saturday morning and I was in my closet getting dressed.

Darius and Olivia persuaded me to go out to the mall with them, After that day with Akio.. I told them about the weird feeling.

Flashback

"Jeez maria.. what took you so long?" Darius asked me, I raised me head but tried to cover my red heated cheeks.

Olivia saw the small glint of my face and ran up to me, removing my slender hands.

"Maria! Why are you so hot? Do you have a fever!" She said worriedly, Darius got up and speedily walked to me.

"Well.. I found out who the person was.." I murmured, they brang me to the bed and sat us all down and they focused their attention on me.

"It was Akio.. but he uhm.. he kissed me and I kissed back.." I said averting eye contact, fidgeting my fingers.

"What?" Olivia whispered, they're eyes in shock. "I don't know why it happened.. but this feeling when we kissed, is something I've never felt before" I explained softly, spacing out as I recall that heated, soft meaningful kiss we shared.

My lips shivered, hoping that Olivia and Darius wouldn't be mad at me.. "you like him." Darius said, we both snapped our heads towards Darius. I was about to oppose the idea, I got cut of by Olivia's soft voice.

"You know.. you might be right. Her feelings adds up! Especially the kiss they shared and Akio's off behaviour" she agreed.

Thinking about Akio my heart started beating fast, "I can't love him." I said sternly clutching my fists into a ball.

They reassured me that they wasn't mad and In fact they was happy for me, they hoped that my love for him could change him.

Flashback over

I smiled at the thought of me actually loving someone, I removed my sleep wear and wore a black dress that hugged perfectly on my body, the bottom part only reaching above mid thigh. I then wore some black heels that suited perfectly with the dress.

My hair was straightened out with small light fluffy curls at the hem of my hair. I don't know why, but they told me to wear something very sexually appealing.

Time skip to the mall

"So where should we go first!" Olivia shrieked holding both me and Darius's arm. We both sighed heavily just letting Olivia drag us everywhere.

We arrived to the clothes shop to buy some new outfits for a party we will attend for my business company because next week I'll be inheriting my fathers company.

"Darius you look at the men section and I'll take Maria to look at fancy dresses" Olivia said walking off, when we made it to the women section I was struck in awe, the clothes was sparking? The material was outstanding and smooth.

"These are so nice, woah" I said, Olivia turned to me and smirked, "we'll pick an outfit then, it's on me today" she winked at me.

I picked up one of the dress I laid my eyes on before when we entered the isle, I looked at the price and my eyes felt like it popped out. " WHAT? 900$!!" I yelled in absolute shock.

She laughed at me and waved it off reminding me that she will pay.

After we exited the shop, my eyes locked gaze with another pair of eyes, it was Akios.. he smiled softly at me but before I could return the smile a girl ran and latched onto his arm, my face dropped completely.
