''It was a match made in heaven'' Jade said to herself while closing the romance book she had just finished.
*DING DING DING* The alarm on Jades clock goes off telling her to get out of bed for school. Jade was 16 and in her last year of high school. She wasn't one of the popular girls but everyone knew her in school and most of the guys were scared of her. Most of the girls avoided her and so did most of the boys too. She placed the book down and went to find the button on her clock. Once she had finally turned it off, she walked over to their desk and grabbed the pile of her neatly folded uniform. A black skirt with the school logo at the bottom and a plain white button up-shirt. She curled her long blonde hair. Jade then swung her blazer over her shoulders and onto her arms. Once she was ready she went downstairs to cook breakfast. She sat at a table with her orange juice and eggs with bacon on her plate. As she started eating, Jade heard footsteps coming down the stairs. She didn't bother to look up as she knew it was just a random hook up her mother had last night. Jades mother had already left for work two hours ago. Jade never really spoke to her mothers hook ups since she knew they wouldn't last.
Once she had eaten everything on her plate and finished her drink, she got up and put them in the sink, grabbed her shoes and bag then headed to the door. She took the keys out her pocket and locked the door behind her with her mums hook up still in the house. She took the headphones out her other pocket and plugged them into her phone. She started playing Avril Lavigne on shuffle. After a 20 minute walk, Jade arrived outside the school entrance at the same time as her best friend Alan. He saw her and took his air pods out.
Alan-'' Cutting it a bit close with the shortness of that skirt aren't we?''
Jade-'' Well why the hell not, right?''
Alan-'' True, true. You heard the news?''
Jade-'' New guy coming today? Yeah I know. Heard everyone talking about it yesterday. And you left me here all day with these bitches''
Alan-'' I was ill I'm sorry Jade. Wonder if the new guy is gay though.''
Jade-'' Of course that's your first thought.''
Alan-'' You don't call me 'Big Gay Al' for nothing''
Jade-'' That is very true''
They both walked in laughing slightly as they walked to Jades locker. They soon stopped talking when they heard Molly laugh. Molly was the girl who thought she was popular but everyone hated her. She was talking to a group of kids about how she knew the knew guy. Jade rolled her eyes and started to walk away until she bumped into someone falling backwards into Alans arms.
Jade-'' Hey watch where you're going idiot.''
The boy apologised over and over again. She knew he wasn't knew but she didn't really know this kids name. Jade had seen him in the halls multiple times before but never approached him or anyone other than Alan unless they were talking bad about Jade or Alan.
Jade glared at the boy still stood in front of her apologising non stop. He got the message and hurriedly left. Alan smiled checking his timetable for the day. Two lessons with Jade and he rest with his cousin. The two made their way to the first class of the day, maths. Wonderful start to the day.
They got there and when Jade saw her seat, there was someone in it. She still didn't recognise them but this time neither did Alan. Must be the new kid.
Jade-'' Move'' was all she said.
New kid-'' No. This is my seat now. Go find a different seat.'' This boiled Jades blood. She hated this guy already.
Jade-'' I said move and if you know what's good for you, I'd suggest you move the hell out of my seat and sit your ass somewhere else in this classroom because if you don't I will force you out that seat and your new seat with be the floor. Now move.''
New kid-'' Feisty one is she?'' He asked looking at Alan with a smirk placed on his lips. All Jade wanted to do was slap it off his smug little face. ''Why don't I take you on a date in exchange for this seat?'' He said sarcastically and he sounded so full of himself.
Jade-'' I don't date men. Oh right sorry I forgot you're not a man you're still an immature little boy. I date women. So I'll have to turn down your gracious offer and take my seat back.''
The new kid grabbed his bag and stood up. He left to go find another seat and Jade sat back in her seat. The class continued and went fine. The new kid was called Jack. Jade still didn't like him at all but Alan thought he was cute.
~TIME SKIP~
Jade was in science looking at the clock knowing the bell would go off in five minutes. The girl Jade was paired up with for a project, was very pretty and wore clothes that were very revealing. Jade tried hard not to stare at the girls chest but inevitably failed. Luckily the girl didn't notice. She unfortunately was straight though. The bell rang and the teacher dismissed the whole class.
Jade was the first to run out the room so she could find Alan and tell him about how lucky she was but when she found him he was talking to Jack. Jade walked over to them as they finished their conversation.
Alan-'' Hey Jade. Science go well?''
Jade-'' My partner is Cleo''
Jack-'' Who?''
Jade-'' A really hot girl who rolls her skirt so high up that her ass hangs out and makes sure her shirt isn't done all the way up so her bra hangs out of it.''
Jack-'' Sounds like one of those bitchy girls you see in movies''
Alan-'' She is but her tits are huge and Jade loves to stare at them''
Jade stuck her middle finger up at Alan and the two gays laughed. It seemed to get Jack to smile too.
Jack-'' I'm sorry about the seat situation Jade. Put it behind us?''
Jade-'' If you hadn't of moved when you did I would have put you behind me. But yeah just forget about it as long as it doesn't happen again. Also, how do you know my name?''
Jack-'' Alan told me. He also said most guys here are scared of you'' All Jade could do was smile and nod ''Sounds like I'm not the first guy to take your seat'' All three of them laughed this time as they walked to the cafeteria.
The rest of the day went fine and Alan and Jade told Jack about most people in the school like Cleo and Molly.
TW
When the subject of rape comes up, I will put a TW as well for anything else that needs one. This book is mainly to teach people that rape is a serious matter and that what some people think isn't rape, actually is. Jade will be a feminist and there will be an argument with a teacher about clothing and sticking up for women further into the story. If you have any notes please feel free to share them with me and I hope you like the book
