Two days later. January 22 2017.

'Austin!' Taylor squealed as she opened the door. 'Teffy!' He had a smile on her face as he hugged her. 'I missed you bro!' Taylor laughed 'Where's your girlfriend?' he asked. 'That is me!' I laughed from the couch. He eyed me up and down with a playful grin on his face. 'Be nice Austin!' Andrea, who was sitting beside me, scolded her son. Taylor hit him in the backhead before sitting down next to me. 'I'm only kidding! It's nice to meet you, Linn!' He smiled at me. I sent a smile back and answered, 'It's nice to meet you too, Austin!'

Now everyone was there except Mila.

It knocked on the door. 'Finally!' I exclaimed and ran up to open the door. 'You're late!' I scolded my little sister. 'Is everyone already here?' she asked. 'Yes!' I laughed and dragged her inside.

'Swift's, this is my little sister Mila!' I said as I let go of her wrist. 'Hi everybody! Sorry I'm late- Oh my god Taylor your outfit is gorgeous!' Mila exclaimed. Taylor let out a laugh. 'Thank you Mila..' she chuckled. 'How do you always manage to be late?' dad asked. 'I'm always fashionably late dad!' Mila laughed. 'I like you already!' Austin joked. Me and Taylor looked at each other and silently agreed this was going to be a long night.

'I'm gonna start with the food now!' Taylor said and stood up. 'I can help!' Andrea said and started to stand up. 'No mom, sit down! You need to rest and I'm totally capable of cooking dinner myself!' Taylor said and helped Andrea sit back down.

'You can cook? I would have never known..' Austin said, a shit eating grin plastered on his face. Taylor rolled her eyes and walked to the kitchen.

'Wait sorry, my publicist is calling me, wait a moment!' I said as I picked up the call from Oliver. I stood up and started walking over to the kitchen.

'Hi Oliver!' I answered. 'LINN!' he yelled. 'What's up? Has something happened?' I asked. 'I just got a call!' he said. 'Oh my god congrats, someone wants to talk to you!' I laughed, a sarcastic tone in my voice. 'No idiot, it was a call about you!' he beamed. 'What was it about?' I asked as I walked into the kitchen and waved at Taylor who turned around when I entered the room but then turned back to the food. 'The Grammy nominations are out!' he started. I felt my heart sink. 'And you're nominated for best new artist!' he dropped the bomb.

My phone slipped out of my hands and smashed down on the floor. Taylor quickly turned around. 'Linn, is everything okay?' she asked as the tears started streaming down my face. My hands were holding over my mouth. 'Linn?' she asked as she walked over to me. 'I- I'm up for a Grammy..' I whispered. Her mouth flew wide open and she threw herself over me in a hug. 'Oh my god you're up for a Grammy! What category?' she asked. 'Best new artist!' I cried. 'Oh my god Linn!' she said as she started jumping around. Shaking, I bent down and took my phone. 'Oliver, are you still there?' I asked. 'Yup..' 'Thank you for the information I will call you back later!' I said and hung up. 'Linn you're up for a Grammy!' Taylor beamed. 'I'm up for a Grammy..' I whispered. 'I'm fucking up for a Grammy!' I beamed. 'Oh my god!' I exclaimed.

Suddenly I dashed out to the living room. Still crying I yelled, 'I'm up for a Grammy!' 'Wait, what?' Mila asked. 'I'm up for a fucking Grammy! Best new artist!' I cried. 'Holy shit!' dad exclaimed. 'Oh my god!' Andrea smiled. 'Congratulations Linn!' Austin said. 'Oh my god..' I whispered and turned around to face Taylor who had followed me to the living room. I crashed into her arms. 'You two are disgusting!' Austin said. Taylor just held out her middle finger to her brother. This time Andrea didn't say anything.

'Wait, Theo's calling me..' I mumbled as I stood up from the dining table and walked out of the room. 'Hey Theo. What do you want?' I asked. 'HELP ME!' he yelled but I heard him laugh. 'What the fuck is happening?' I asked. 'Harry's tickling me!' he laughed. I sighed. 'Bitch, I'm having dinner with Taylor, Mila, dad, Scott, Andrea and Austin! What do you want?' I asked. 'Oh dinner with the girlfriend's family. How's it going?' he asked, still giggling from Harry tickling him. 'Good, until now! So goodbye Theo.' I hung up before he could say a word and I walked back to the kitchen. 'I'm sorry, Harry was.. Egm... tickling Theo..' I mumbled, sitting down. 'Who's Harry? I thought I knew all your friends!' Mila asked. 'Mila.. Harry as in Harry Styles..' I laughed. 'Oh, I like that Harry!' Austin said. 'Have you told Ciandra Harry's here?' Mila asked. 'No she hasn't!' Taylor chuckled. 'Oh my god, she's gonna freak! Poor Enzo..' Mila joked. 'Who's Ciandra?' Scott asked. 'Who's Enzo?' dad asked. 'They're some of my closest friends and they're also together!' I explained. 'How do you not know who Enzo is dad?' Mila asked.

Later that night Mila and dad had gone home. Scott, Andrea and Austin were all asleep and me and Taylor were in our bedroom.

I yawned. 'Tired, love?' Taylor asked. 'Mhm..' I mumbled as I stretched out on the bed. She sat down on the side of the bed and laid her hand on my thigh. 'I love you Linn..' she whispered. 'I love you too sweetheart!' I said and laid my hand over hers. 'I'm so proud of you!' she smiled. I bit my lip trying to hide my enormous smile on my face. 'Don't hide your smile. I love your smile!' she said. I let out a laugh and sat up. I kissed her lips. 'Honey..' I mumbled. 'Yea?' 'Do you wanna be my date to the Grammys?' I asked. 'I'll do everything I can to let Tree let me..' she mumbled again before pressing her lips against mine.

Suddenly someone cleared their throat in the door we both had forgotten were open. We broke away our kiss and looked up. 'Hi mom..?' Taylor blushed at the sight of Andrea. 'I just wanted to say good night!' Andrea said, clearly uncomfortable. 'Good night mom, sleep well!' Taylor said. 'Good night Andrea!' I said. She smiled and walked away. I turned to Taylor and she did the same. We got eye contact and burst out laughing.
