Quirk Description;
User can glitch/teleport, travel through electronic devices, and phase. When in 'phase-mode', the user is untouchable and any attack will go through them, leaving them unharmed. Teleportation abilities are limited and can only be used when the user has a clear image in their mind of where they want to go. When traveling through electronic devices, user must be wary of dangerous viruses or anything that could hurt or affect the user.
Downsides;
-Dizziness
-Low Energy/Sleepiness
-Headaches
