Quirk Description;
User's body from the waist down is a snake's body along with poison-less fangs. User can slither faster than a normal human can run, giving them speed. User can also adjust their height since they have a serpent-like body and not legs, allowing them to reach both up high and down low. User is fast on both land and water, when swimming, the user 'surfs' the top of the water but can dive down deep and slither through the water.
