Quirk Description;
User can create octopus tentacles from any part on their body, tentacles can be as long as the user wants. User has webbed fingers and can breathe in both underwater and on land. The user can also swim at fast speeds and is naturally intelligent and strong. They can use their tentacles to lift themselves up, reach high places, hold people/objects/targets captives, and whatever else they want to use them for. The user also has other octopus traits such as having blue blood, being able to change color, being naturally intelligent, and having really good eyesight along with rectangular pupils. They can also spit and shoot a black liquid known as ink through their mouths.
Downsides;
-Always Thirsty/Dehydrated
-Craves Seafood All The Time (Shrimp, Scallops, Crab, Fish, Squid, Clam, Ect)
