While Okuin and Haru were a happy and healthy couple, Okuin decided to purchase pink cherry blossoms for Haru. Then he placed them gently on the kitchen island. While Haru was driving home, he called Okuin while passing a red light. "Hey..-------- why did you call me? aren't you driving??" said Okuin. "Oh, no! it's okay I'm still paying attention to the roa-" then the phone call cut off suddenly. "Is anybody there??" "Haru are you okay?!" "Please, this isn't a joke anymore!" as Okuin said in a frantic tone. -15 minutes later..- The police sent a voicemail to Okuin on Haru's phone. "Hello, this is the police. Your number was the latest phone call this young man has made. I'm sorry to inform you that he has been in a major car accident. we will send you directions to the hospital he is staying at, check in using my information in the front counter."

Okuin arrived at the hospital in a hurry, and gasped for air while he was running towards the front door completely out of breath. "Here is t---the *huff* information that a police officer gave *huff* to me. he told me to *huff* g---give this to you..". "Yes sir, room 502 is on the second floor to your right. 12 rooms down." said the front desk worker. While Okuin was tiring his legs out to finally reach Haru's hospital room, the nurse said to Okuin "This patient is unstable and not able to function with crowds, please stay outside sir." "No! this is my boyfriend and I didn't waste all of my gas and energy for you to not let me see him!" said Okuin. "I'm sorry I don't make the rules sir! Please step away from this room." as she looked at Okuin straight in his eyes, watching the boy's shallow face tearing up'//while quivering his lip ever so slightly. "As soon as he is *hic* done... please, tell me immediately.. *hic* I-i really care about him.." he said in a soft raspy tone. The nurse then said "Will do, I'll be sure to do that for you sir." while she walked away. Tiles creaking loudly,, against the wooden floor. -30 minutes later- The nurse walks out of the room while Okuin jumps up from his seat with a worried-shocked look on his face while a soft tear runs down his cheek. She said in a calm tone "He is okay. This patient just needs some rest. But he has-" As Okuin dashes off to Haru's room// stopping the nurse Mid-sentence.// He shed another tear just looking at Haru's helpless body laying on the hospital bed. As Okuin blinked while walking towards Haru. While Okuin sat down right next to Haru// he softly caressed Haru's delicate face while the helpless boy started to slowly open his eyes. Haru looked at Okuin as he said in a slow, soft, mid-pitched raspy voice// "I don't know you.." Okuin looked shocked and started to tear up "It's me! Your boyfriend. Remember!?" As he said in a hurtful// worried tone. Haru sits up from his bed carefully, "Where am I.. And I don't remember you.." in a soft tone. Okuin sat closer to Haru and said while reaching for Haru's hand "Well you see I-" While Haru stopped Okuin mid-sentence and pushed his hand off him "I don't know you! Leave me alone and don't touch me!" While he shouted viciously at Okuin in a mad expression// Okuin looked at Haru straight in the eyes while tears poured down his face in sadness and said "Haru.. Please you have to believe me.. you're my boyfriend and you got into a major car accident.. I didn't know that made you have memory loss, so please. Believe me..".
