If anyone of you didn't understood what happened in the story, here the full explanation:
One day, the girl looked at her mirror and she loved it so much. All of a sudden, she felt attracted to her face. She loved her face so much that she considered that she fell in love with her face. She writes poems for her face. She was so happy with her face. But after staring for so long, she felt insecure. She did not liked her face the way she did before. Not that she didn't loved her face anymore, her love just reduced.
She went out in public with her face. When the people were just looking at her, her insecurities hit her and she thought they were staring because of her weirdness. But it was nothing like that. Soon after that she started hating her face. The face, once she loved was now hated by her.
She got depressed and her hate increased. Finally she decided to break the mirror in which she used to see her face. She started drinking and doing drugs, which at last killed her...
I know the plot is so sad but......that's what I got in my mind so I did :)))
I gave the explanation I wish you don't get confused reading the story....
Also...
In chapter 5 and 6, in the last line of chapter 5, she said "do you want to fall deeper at 4's". It means that she was going to try makeup which also would make her look more beautiful in her own eyes. In chapter 6, she was doing makeup,yes.
Both the explanation says, that she only wanted to look beautiful and which was because of the judgemental society, which definitely ruined her life.
