Ilhan's pov,
I show Lennox the way of her home. Travis is back before the time I returned. I saw he was desperately looking for Lennox here and there. Trena was standing in a corner. I was supposed to go to him. But before I could do that he saw me and came near to me.
He asked me very worriedly, "Where's Lennox? I have been looking for her every inch of this house. When I couldn't find her inside of the house, I came outside to search for her. Did you saw her?"
Trena approached him and tried to calm him down. She continuously said, "Brother, Don't be tensed. We will find a way to bring her back. Calm down for a bit."
I know that if I told him that I force her to go back to her home, then he'll go to bring her back. I didn't want Travis to encounter that vampire again. Firstly, she's a vampire. We have always been enemies. When they would get to know she's missing, they'll definitely come here to find her.
Secondly, If anyone here finds out about this, they will surely kill her. Then her clan will take revenge on us when they'll find we have killed their clanmate. There'll have been the same meaningless conflict between different clans as before. Moreover, to protect her, Travis would risk his life. Who knows, if anything happens to him from this pointless occurrence?  What do I do then? I didn't want him to die for that stupid vampire. I can't let that happen again. Back then I could not save his family members who gave me a brand new life. But now I have to save him at any cost. Even if I have to give him affliction.
I was thinking, "I had to do something that would make him angry at her. What can I do? What can I do? Oh, I've got an idea. I just have to create a lie about her that he would never want to get her back. "
So I told him, "She is already gone."
He said curiously, "To where? To where?"
I hesitated and told him, "She didn't tell me that. She just told me to show her the way to town."
He said, "I wanna go to her. Show me the way which she used."
I told him, " When she gets to see the alley made of trees, she told me to return. So I didn't even know the way."
He asked, "Why did you let her go even without informing you?
I told him, "She begged me to show her the way. What could I do? I don't think she wants to see you anymore."
He asked me, "Why do you think like this?"
I answered him, "If she wants to keep in touch with you then why did she leave without telling you?"
He again asked, "Why she left me? Why didn't she want to see me? Did I do something wrong?"
I replied, "No, no. You didn't do anything wrong. I think she's repented on her own action. She felt guilty that she was acting with you all that time. So she decided to leave in secret."
He said in an indifferent voice, "Really! She didn't even face me because she's guilty."
I told her, "Yeah. And you left the place because you were mad at her. That's also the reason."
He said, "Mad? Who's mad? I went out to get some medicine and a thing."
I said to him, "However, she knows that you'll never forgive her for her actions."
He told me, "But I forgave her right away then."
I asked, "Forgive her? Have you become crazy?"
He said to me, "Yeah, I've become crazy now and the only reason is I love her so much."
I told him, "She's a vampire. How-"
He said, "I don't care who's she or which clan she's from?" I just know she's my mate."
I told him, "But she didn't even love you."
He said to me, "Who says? I saw affection for me in her eyes. I felt her feeling for me..... But even if she acts all that time, I think I could make her fall in love with me. Only if I get the time. If she would get to know that how much I love her, she'll definitely fall for me and stay with me forever."
I told him, "She is a vampire, an outsider, and a traitor. No one will accept her and also in here, her life will be a danger. You should be worried about your sister. Your sister has suffered so much."
He asked me, "Why?"
I told him, "Her mate had a wife and child."
He got shocked. He patted her head and said with a melancholy face, "Don't be sad about it. You and I both are ill-fated. We have none to love us. We're born to be alone. Sorry for not stay with you. If I would stay there, I'll definitely find a way."
Trena said, "Brother, Don't be worried for me. I have someone I love other than my mate. At first, I was so sad and thought like you. But the person I love agreed to my confession after few months."
He chuckled and asked, "Who's that lucky man?"
Before Trena said anything, I told Travis, "The luckiest man is... me."
He shouted by saying, "WHAT!"
She told him, "Brother, don't be mad. I love Ilhan so much. Please accept our relationship."
I told him quite calmly, " Yeah. I'll even marry your sister if you give us your confirmation."
We remained silent for a while. After a while, he grinned broadly and said, "Why are you guys quiet? Huh. I'm glad that you choose the right person. I'll support you. I don't want you to bear my misfortune. I want you to lead a happy and peaceful life with your beloved one. Always be happy my beloved sister Trena."
