What happened to me?

Lennox's pov

The next day, I wake up and see no one was there. Now I'm able to move but have not fully recovered. So I went outside to see if anyone was there. I got to see Ilhan. I see him working outside. When he saw me, he told me to go to him.

He told me, "Eat these foods."

I said, "Ok."

After my eating, he suddenly asked me, "So with whom do you live?"

I replied, "I live with my mom."

He asked, "What about dad?"

I replied, "As He has another family he can't stay with us. So I live alone with my mom."

He again asked, "Oh, Then how about siblings?"

I express a grieve expression and said, " I had a sister five years ago. When she was four, she had faced an incident and died. It's all my fault. So even now I can't get over it"

He asked curiously, "How is it your fault?"

I begin to tell my story as well as shedding of my tears also, "We always played in our garden. One day I find a mongoose in our garden. It looks so cute to me. So I secretly start to pet it. Another day this evil thing bit my sister's leg and tore it apart. My sister was bleeding a lot that day. When she got admitted to the hospital, we get to know, she was suffering from streptococcal sepsis due to the bite. She was unable to bear all this pain. She was just screaming all day. I can still hear her screaming. Then a few days later, she died of this unbearable pain."

He became speechless. Before he says something, I feel guilty about my escape so I also revealed, "Actually, I run away with bare necessaries from my home."

He shouted and asked, "Why?"

I said with a sad face, "Because she refused me to come here."

He said, "Then they are certainly concerned about you."

I asked, "They?"

He said, "I mean, your friends and mom."

I said, "Yeah, I think so. But my mom doesn't know about it. I told one of them to not tell her about me. So she won't be concerned."

He asked me, "Then why don't you call them? Oh, where's your phone?"

I replied, "I guess I lost it."

He said, " I have a phone, you can call."

I sadly said, "But I don't memorize numbers."

He said, "No problem, when you'll be completely healed, Travis will take you to your home. So don't worry about it."

Then he told me to wander around inside of this house and forbid me to go outside that border gate and he also points the gate to me.

I asked, "Why only inside? I'm so bored I wanna go outside also. "

He furiously said, "I already mention that we're werewolves. So this place isn't safe for you. But you should be grateful that you're a human cause you can live here. Imagine if you're a vampire, what will happen then? So just don't talk about this."

I asked, "Ok, However, where's him?"

He told me, "You mean Travis, he went to do some of his own stuff, and he'll come back before lunch."

I sighed and said while roaming, "Oh, that's great. I can peacefully wander here."

I was roaming around. When I go to another side of the house, I see there's a small garden. It is only a flower garden. So I went there. In there, I see they plant only just one kind of flower which is lavender. This is my favorite flower and the scent of the flower reminded me of my delighted old memories. I begin to cry while sniffing the fragrance. Suddenly Travis comes from out of nowhere and starts to water the flowers. I flinched as I see him. I rush back to the room while wiping my tears.

I went to Ilhan to ask, "Can I take a shower, I want to do it so badly?"

Ilhan said, "Sure, Go over there."

Then I went to take a shower. I see in the shower room, there's no mirror. So I can't see injuries on my backside and around my neck. But while cleaning around my neck, I feel a tiny hole there. I begin to think about it. Then I thought since I came into a forest, so it would be by the branches of a sharp tree. When I came back to the room, I see that Travis is injured and Ilhan is aiding him.

I rushed to them and asked, "What happened to him? He's bleeding too badly"

Travis avoid me but Ilhan answered, "He's going to reach his aunt's home to see his sister. But in the way, his old foe appeared. While he is about to escape from them, then they attacked him. Somehow he escaped. They are really cruel, Right?"

I see him bleeding but strangely I don't feel bad for him. But Why? I should be collapse or scream right now. Only do I just get the worst odor from him, yet it doesn't smell repulsive to me. I feel like, It's alluring me. This scent is coming from his blood, I mean blood, 'Blood' is the term which I've feared the most since my sister died. Although now I don't feel nauseated at all. Also, why do I want to lick it as well as suck it so badly? I feel really thirsty and dizzy. How do I want to drink this disgusting thing? How can I even drink this thing? I just shook my head diverted myself from it. I also went outside. But I keep wondering, "WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?"
