Aumi
Waking up this Sunday morning I was pissed. Stomping around the house getting ready annoyingly so.
I was hurt. I was upset.
My baby was leaving for 8 months shooting his new movie. And it's over seas 🥺
Going down the stairs to grab a quick breakfast snack, I seen his luggage by the front door and at the end of the stairs making his departure more real.
I hated when he left to go out of town. It was an understatement to say I was attached to him.
Usually he's gone no more than a week or two at a time and if he's gone longer than that, usually I'm with him.
But this time was different. I had my own job and I can't just up and leave with him like before. And I've never been away from him for more than two weeks and that was hard enough.
After eating my breakfast snack I went back upstairs to finish my morning routine.
Walking towards the room I realized I haven't seen Gee all morning.
He was probably in his office tying up loose ends before he leaves early tomorrow.
Finishing up my routine I went to my long mirror to check over my appearance once more before leaving for work. Suddenly Algee appeared behind me wrapping his arms around me, resting his chin on the right side of my neck and shoulder.
I sighed closing my eyes, getting emotional about him leaving. It felt so good to be in his embrace, but all I could do was think about how I wouldn't feel this for eight months.
"I love you so much" he spoke softly rubbing my thighs and hips.
"Gee stop" I sighed moving his hand and walking out of the room.
"Aumi" Algee sighed confused at my actions.
I countined to walk out of the room.
"Aumi!" He yelled, following behind me.
I grabbed my purse and keys but he stopped me before I could get to the door.
Pulling me into him he asked "baby what's wrong?" He looked at me with concern.
"Did I do something?" He added.
"No baby. I got to get to work" I tried to get away but his grip tightened.
"Nah we finna talk about this" his eyes pierced through me.
My phone started to ring and I was happy to answer it.
"Hello" I answered allowing the person on the end to speak.
"Yes miss Randall I'll be at the meeting today" I replied to miss Randall's question.
"Okay cool that'll work. Alright see you soon" I finished the quick convo.
"Alright Gee I gotta go" I hurried out the door.
"Damn I can't get a kiss" I heard him yell before I got in the car.

After work
Today was aggy. Everyone was aggy today but I know it's only because of my off mood today.
A lot of my coworkers could tell and they asked what's wrong but I didn't feel like talking about it.
Pulling up to the house around 6:35pm. I sighed from the long day of work. Now I gotta face Algee. I really don't want him to go.
Dragging myself out the car I walked to the front door putting the key in. Opening the door it was dark inside with beautiful lilies and candles everywhere.
