[Context: The boy mentioned by them (he is Chu Ran's brother, Chu Min) had fallen in love with a girl who helped Chen Yu Zhi run errands at his clinic. They met in an accident on the road where she got hurt. She was taken to Chen Yu Zhi's clinic where she pretended she had nowhere to go to, so Yu Zhi took her in. It seemed the girl liked Chu Min as well and had gifted him a blue pendant once. She was a complete stranger but since she had a smile like Chen Yu Zhi's sister, who is missing, she was trusted by Yu Zhi too. But she turned out to be someone who was set up to kill Jiang Yue Lou (Chen Yu Zhi's lover and soulmate). Before she could be caught after the failed attempt to kill him, she fled away from the clinic. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to anyone except the audience and the one who set her up, later, she was made to shoot herself by her madam, probably because she had failed the mission. No one actually ever got to know what happened to her.]
