Kenma ran up the patio stairs, slammed the door shut and slouched down against the door, knees against his chest. His lips were trembling and shivering by the sudden cold breeze, and his eyes were tearing up. Snot began to run down his nose as he covered his face with his hands, attempting to wipe his tears away, but to no avail. A wipe couldn't mend a broken heart.

"Should I move on?" His voice cracked as he spoke, "b-but I don't think I want to... I love him."

After a few moments of being confused and puzzled by Kenma's attitude, Tetsurō strolled over to the front door, hoping to understand the setter.

He was usually so easy to read, with him usually plastering his dead expression, telling him that he doesn't want go out, that he doesn't want to be there and that he only wants to be in his games. But then, he realised something. Did Kenma ever use that expression when he was around with him? Sure, the setter had his moments, but at least he saw a smile slammed onto his face, unlike when he was with the team, so tired and exhausted with life.

But his mind was telling him something else: "didn't he smile like that whenever he was with Shrimpy?" "Aren't they dating? I mean, you saw them kissing."

Ah yes, the kiss. It happened at the camp. It was the second to last day before the teams parted their ways. Tetsurō was trying to find the pudding head, he did everything. He shouted and looked all over the gym to find him until he heard giggling after he turned the corner. He recognised the laughter from Shrimpy but there was someone else with him. At first, he couldn't tell who it was until the flicking light from the lamp post shone on the both of them.

It was Kenma. Why didn't he tell him that he was meeting up with him? Did he not have enough time? Did he not want him to find out about their meeting? Was he scared that he wasn't going to allow?

The flicking lights were not helping the situation at all. His eyes focused on the glowing light, coincidentally revealing the pair, and their hands, were the only thing in his mind.

Their hands were mere centimetres from touching, and when they did, Shrimpy turned red like a tomato while the pudding head kept a straight face throughout the whole thing.

He was about to walk away when he heard Kenma say: "Shoyo, it's getting late. I'm pretty sure Kuro is looking for me since I didn't tell him about anything."
"Stop worrying so much, Kenma." He continued, "I promise it will be quick."
"Quicker than your attack with Kageyama?" And he felt himself chuckling quietly to his crush's comment.
"Okay, maybe not that quick."
"Then just tell me here and now."
"But someone could be around to hear us."
"First time you actually considered that, what a surprise."
"Kenma!"
"What? Am I lying though?"
"No..." he confessed, "but I really need to tell you this."
"Why don't you just show it?"
"And why should I do that?"
"Because actions speak louder than words." Kenma deadpanned.

And then he kissed him. He took a glimpse before running off to Bokuto, who was with Tsukishima and Keiji. They always knew how to bring up his mood, especially Kōtarō. When he saw Tetsurō , Kei rolled his eyes at me. 'Now, that boy really needed manners.' Tetsurō thought.

"So Tsuki..." Tetsurō teased.
"First of all, shut up. Second: don't call me that."
"Way to respect your senpais." Tetsurō replied.

He then pulled the horned owl bastard outside with him and told him everything. His eyes went as wide as a whale, his golden orbs seeming to be engulfed by the pupil.

"WHAT?" He shouted, "CHIBI-CHAN KISSED KENMA?"
"What?" Keiji asked as he turned his focus from Tsuki to them.
"Now, look what you did, you airhead." And Tetsurō slapped him on the head.

And Keiji simply tilted his head, staring at Tetsurō with his beady but hypnotising blue eyes. Tetsurō gulped the saliva hanging onto his throat. Kei just glanced at him and then back to Keiji.

"So... what's the matter with that?" He asked.
"He likes Kenma."
"So? I like Yamaguchi."
"No, Tsukishima, not in that way. Like like him. You know, in a romantic way, like me and Bokuto-san."
"Yeah, I know." Kei deadpanned. "Besides, they're hugging. You should really watch your man."
"And I think you should watch your mouth, Tsukishima." He replied and walked off to find his boyfriend.

Kei just rolled his eyes and walked out of the gym and he heard whispering a few metres in front of him, just around the corner. He thought it was Tanaka and Nishinoya, so he tiptoed over until he heard the voices more clearly. There was a familiar voice among them, while the other was a bit familiar as well. When he glanced over the corner, he saw Yams and Kenma talking and chatting.

"Just move on..." Yams said.
"How about you, Yamaguchi?" Kenma asked, "will you move on?"
"Most likely..." he continued, "it's for the best. I mean, he loves somebody else."
"Who?"
"Kuroo..." and Kenma's eyes widened.
"What?" His voice cracked and Kei couldn't help but snicker.

The boys must've heard because the voices immediately stopped. When he realised this, he sprinted away. Tadashi stood up and scanned the area. To his surprise, he didn't see anyone. So he went to sit with Kenma, who saw who it was.

"Did you see who it was?" Kenma asked.
"Surprisingly, no. They must've ran away."
"Wow. They must either very fast or TALL." Kenma hinted.
"Why would Kageyama be listening to our conversation?"
Kenma couldn't help but had the urge to face palm his face, "you know what, I'll leave you alone. I really need to talk to Kuro."

Before he left, Tadashi gripped onto Kenma's wrist.

"Please do try to move on."
"Hey, I should be the one telling you that." He continued, "I don't think I could ever move on from Kuro, I love him."
"So... what are you going to do about Hinata?"
"Shoyo will understand."
"Are you sure about that?" Tadashi said as he pointed behind Kenma.

It was Shoyo Hinata.
