mom and dad are back home.

"..."

"hey, what's wrong? cmon answer me.. don't cry."

*sniff sniff* "s-something happened"

"Maybe...elaborate?" 

Riki wiped the tears off of Sunoos cheek as new ones appeared in his eyes, he was struggling to talk through the sniffles.

"It all began when...."

Sunoo's story with his mom and dad. TW drugs, overdosing,  emotional abuse.

"Mom?! MOM!"

Sunoo's sister shook their mom, her body was cold and her face was pale. She lay shaking in the bathtub with pills in an orange container next to her. 

"Sunoo ! CALL 911."

His hands shook as he went to grab the phone on the side. *thump thump thump* was the only noise he could hear as he dialled the number. His heart ached while he put it on speaker.

"911, What's your emergency?"

"O-our mommy.. she isn't speaking..

"What's happened to your mommy? Is she awake?"

"Yes but she won't talk back."

"Do you know if she has taken any medicine?"

"Yeah.. there's medicine next to her."

"Okay, is there anybody else there besides you and your mommy?"

"Just me my sister and mommy, daddy is away somewhere."

"Ok, what's your name and age?"

"Kim Sun-woo and I'm 7 years old."

"Okay Sun-woo; how old is your sister?"

"11"

"Thanks, is your sister with your mommy?"

"Yes"

"Can she check if she's breathing?"

"Sis... can you check if mommys breathing?"

She nods and puts her hand on their moms heart. "She's breathing!"

"She says that she's breathing"

"Okay good. What's your address if you know?"

"Uhm it's *******"

"Can you come soon? I don't want mommy to die.."

"Don't worry, we're sending an ambulance, we'll be here very soon just keep an eye on her and keep checking her breathing."

"I'll stay on the phone to you"

(Still in flashback)

Sunoo stood next to his mother, watching her sleep while looking at the heart rate monitor, holding his sisters hand.

Suddenly, the door flew open. His father was finally here after 2 hours after they called 911. He had an angry scowl on his face. 

"Daddy!"

"... Don't even speak to me." He looked down at them both.

"I leave to have a good time with my friends, just for 1 day, and all of you decide to mess it up! JUST FOR ONCE, I WANT TO BE ALONE. NOT WITH YOU CHILDREN, GOD SHE SHOULD'VE JUST KILLED YOU WHILE SHE HAD THE CHANCE. MY VACATION FROM THIS HELL HAS BEEN INTERRUPTED LIKE ALWAYS, BECAUSE YOU FUCKING IDIOTS COULDNT LET THAT DUMB BITCH DIE. IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT; YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN BORN."

"It's not like it's our fault you two decided to fuck eachother is it?"

Their father looked at his sister,  bewildered by what she had just said.

"What did you just say to me? DONT EVER USE THAT TONE WITH ME YOUNG LADY. WHO TAUGHT YOU THAT LANGUAGE? I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD I WILL KILL BOTH OF YOU ONE DAY. YOU PUSHED YOUR MOM TO DO THIS. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES."

*1 hour later*

Sunoo and his sister stood outside of the room watching through the window. Their their father slapped his own wife, not like it was unusual or anything. She looked lifeless. She had nothing to live for since they apparently meant nothing to her. If she died they would be left with that piece of crap. He walked out of the room with his briefcase and didn't say a word to his children, instead just stormed out like a petty brat.

*end of flashback*

"Then after that the endless tormenting would just get worse and worse, I tried to get mom to leave him but she just wouldn't listen.."

"2 years ago they left us to go live in Germany and we haven't seen them since, after so long they finally show up. I don't want to see them. Especially him."

"Sunoo... I'm so sorry. Nobody deserves that kind of treatment."

"It's fine. Not like anybody can do anything about it."

"Hey... why don't you and your sister stay at my place for a bit? You never know if your parents are just visiting."

"Really?! You would?"

He hugged Riki tightly with a smile, his eyes were still puffy from crying. Riki's cheeks flushed as he hugged Sunoo back.

"I can only hope that it's only a visit."
