Blind Date // Dreamnap

~~ Chapter Two ~~

Dream was getting ready, with the help of his friend, of course. "You look amazing, Dream!" George exclaimed with little stars in his eyes. Dream was wearing something simple, like a black sweater and black jeans, which were ripped. "Do I really? I mean...doesn't seem like 'first date' material." He replied, kind of hesitantly. "Yes you do! And I think it's first date material. It's nothing too fancy but nothing too casual, it's just right." The shorter brunette told him. "...If you say so." Dream chuckled a bit.

After Dream was ready, George sent him off and proceeded to text Karl.

Karl brushed Sapnap's hair and pulled it back into a half up-half down style. "There you go!" He finished. Karl put Sapnap in front of his mirror. "I love it Karl, thank you." He hugged him "Of course! Anything for my best friend!!" Karl hugged back. Sapnap put on a black and white striped long sleeve under a black Pierce the Veil shirt and black jeans. Sapnap always loved listening to that band. "Now, go get em, tiger!" Karl announced. "We went over this, Karl, I'm a panda, not a tiger" Sapnap giggled. Karl knew that but the expression wouldn't make sense if it was said as: "go get em panda" but it sounded cute. Sapnap grabbed his bag and walked out of Karl's house, waving goodbye to him. "Have fun and stay safe!!" "I will, 'mom', see you tomorrow!" The boys laughed as Sapnap wmgot further away.

Dream was leaning against the tree he was told the date was at. Scrolling through his phone. He looked up to see a short, black haired boy, around his age, walking over. "Must be my date." Dream thought to himself, putting his phone away. It felt weird not wearing his face mask, but George insisted on not wearing it. "Uh...hi!" Sapnap introduced himself, "I'm Sapnap, you must be my date seeing you are the only other person here." Sapnap giggled at his own joke. Dream just stared at him. "Nice to meet you Sapnap...I'm uh..." Dream stammered. "I'm Dream." He'd look down at his short date. "I like your name!" Sapnap smiled. The blonde smiled back, cheeks flustering into a pink-red colour. "So uh..what now? We were only instructed to meet here by our friends." "We could go to the bakery, and get something to eat...I dodnt think to pack food." Dream looked over to the bakery, which the scents of pasteries carried from inside to them. "Sounds like a plan!" Sapnap said excitedly.

They both walked to the bakery. Dream held the door open for Sapnap, as George told him to. "Thank you!" Sapnap told Dream as he walked inside. Dream followed. They sat at a two seated table. "Want me to order?" Sapnap asked Dream. "I uh..." Dream looked to the side. "Can you..? I kinda have social anxiety.." Dream muttered, but loud enough for Sapnap to hear. "Of course! Whatcha want?" Sapnap tilted his head. "Just whatever you're having...I don't usually go to places like this so.." "That's alright, I'll be right back." Sapnap walked off. Dream watched Sapnap the whole time he was ordering. Looking at every detail of him, admiring him so to speak.

-Time Skip to after eating-

Dream and Sapnap walked out, carrying their left overs in a cute little bag, branding the bakery. They were laughing and talking to each other, getting to know each other more and more. Falling in live with each other more and more. For people who just met, and complete opposites to add that, they fell in love with each other instantly. They clicked. Like a lock and key. Or like a broken hert patching itself together.
