Jisoo groans as she felt light pierce through during her sleep. The raven turns around, facing away from the window that had its curtains opened.

"Jisoo, wake up." Even if the love of her life was telling her to wake up, Jisoo would rather have at least 5 more minutes in the comfort of her blanket and pillows.

"5 more minutes..." Jisoo could hear her wife stepping closer to her. And before you know it-

"OW OW!" Jisoo was abruptly awakened by the stinging pain on her forehead. The raven quickly sat up, rubbing the red forehead.

"See? It doesn't take much of an effort to wake up." She watched the brunette walk out of the room, presumably to make breakfast.

"I shouldn't have married a psychopath like Jennie..."

---

"Does your forehead still hurt?" Jennie asked as they sat on the couch, eating their breakfast of eggs and some rice.

"How could you ask me that when you were the one who slapped it in the first place?" Jisoo rolled her eyes, ignoring Jennie's giggles.

"It's just reflex." The brunette placed her hand on the older girl's shoulder, making Jisoo jump unexpectedly.

"Jisoo I barely touched your shoulder!" Jennie said, thinking the raven was faking her pain.

"I know! It's just that... your hand feels really cold, like way colder than usual." The older girl holds Jennie's hands, jerking at how cold it felt.

"Ah, must be the AC again, I told you to change the temperature!" The brunette flicked Jisoo's forehead, making her wince and rub it again.

"Jen... It's the second time you've done this..."

"We've been married for almost a year now, deal with it."

The raven scrolls through her phone, looking up quotes, asking people on the internet what she should draw, or just looking at what she has already made. Jisoo cursed lowly, even with all that, she hasn't found any sort of inspiration.

She even had to search up "how to find inspiration to paint" on the internet, which was embarrassing for Jisoo, she never had to do something like that before. She lies down on the floor and looks up at the ceiling, sighing.

If she doesn't start painting something new, she can't earn money. Jisoo looks around, her workspace was a mess, to say the least. Thank God Jennie had thought of a separate room where Jisoo could focus all her artistic skills on.

It's fine, Jisoo thought. She doesn't need help, all she has to do is just focus.

Don't ask for help, focus.

Don't ask for help, focus.

Don't ask for help, focus.

"Honey, can you help me?" Jisoo yelled. In just a few seconds, the brunette in question comes running, opening the door wide only to be confused as to why Jisoo is on the floor.

"What is it, Jisoo?" Jennie grabbed the raven's arm and pulls her up.

"I... can't find any inspiration to paint." Jisoo confessed. The raven felt bad as she heard Jennie sigh.

"Jisoo..."

"Yes?"

"Maybe you just need to rest."

"But I've already rested for a week, my hands are itching to get the paintbrush and just draw whatever!"
