"What were you thinking!" Connor yelled with a broken voice. "You grabbed the kit over the orb that could finally get us away from this place!" "You were bleeding to death! I couldn't just let you die on us! Besides, we still have to find the rest of the group!" Andre yelled. "Yeah, we still need to find Jayce, Axe, Olympia, Apollo, Bennett, and Jordan..." Devyn said. "We need all the help we can get..." Eliza said. "Okay fine!" Connor said. "Thank you, guys, for saving me, but you should have just grabbed the orb.""Sigh... We don't have time for this..." Andre said. "Cadet... Devyn... Jaylen... You guys come with me... Laney, keep everyone here and if you see any one of our group wandering the halls, safely and quietly bring them in here..." "I will..." Laney said. "Okay... Let's go..." Andre said, leading the small group out the door. Moments later towards the entrance to the hall..."We need to recheck the main hallway..." Andre said. "I mean that's where you found me..." Devyn said. "I guess if you found Devyn over there, there could probably be others..." Cadet said. "Let's do it..." The group entered the main hallway to the Dream Realm. "We should check the library since we didn't get the chance earlier..." Andre said. "But what if there is a new creature in this hallway?" Devyn asked. "We'll just have to be careful..." Andre said, heading down the hallway. "Don't be shy... just stay quiet..." Cadet said, following Andre. "Okay..." Devyn said, following Cadet and Andre.Moments later..."Here we are..." Andre said quietly. "Let's go check this room out, then we can go explore the music room..." "Okay, but let's make it quick..." Cadet said, as they quietly made their way inside the library. "Hello.... Anyone in here?" Andre called out quietly. "Shush..." someone said from inside. "We are trying to read..." They fully entered the room to see it in a less dusty state as if a memory was being replayed. "I love these books!" a familiar voice said. "I know right! I love that they're so magical!" another voice said. "Shhh..." the librarian said. "I wish you brats would be quieter..." "Sorry Mrs. Librarian..." the young girl said. "Hey, Jessie! Want to read this book with me?" A girl asked. "Sure, Eliza!" Jessie responded. "I said... BE QUIET!" The librarian said, smacking Jessie in the face. Jessie sat on the floor in shock. "I... I didn't..." The librarian said. Jessie got up and ran away crying. Arrinor entered the scene, smiling devilishly. "Come with me Mrs. Brooks..." Arrinor said. "Yes, sir..." the Librarian said with a guilty tone. The memory faded. "So, Jessie was afraid of the Librarian because of this..." Andre said. "But wait... doesn't the librarian look familiar to you? Long snow colored hair, nails that look sharp, and teeth that look old..." Devyn pointed out. "Wait... did the librarian demon here get trapped as a demon here after this incident?" Cadet asked. "I guess so..." Andre said. "The librarian's dream was to be able to read in silence, but this incident made her lose her job and end up down here instead..." "Her dream was granted, but in a way that made her a demon..." Andre finished. "So does that mean the director and the spider were both part of reality until something happened?" Devyn asked. "I guess so..." Andre responded. "So... the clown and the rest of the demons or people down here were a part of reality at first..." Andre said in disbelief. "That explains how Cadet, Axe, Apollo, and Olympia were able to get out..." Devyn said. "I guess so..." Cadet said. "BE QUIET!" A familiar screech rang out. "JUST BE QUIET!" The librarian entered the library. "You brats cost me everything!" The librarian yelled. "I got stuck down here thanks to you!" The librarian started to grow bigger, and her voice started to grow less human-like and more of a loud screech. Tentacles started to form, making the demonic librarian look more like Ursula. "GET OUT!" she screeched, grabbing Cadet with a tentacle."Cadet!" Andre screamed, grabbing books and tossing them at the librarian. "Get off of him!" "Yeah, he did nothing to you!" Devyn yelled. "GET OUT!" the librarian screeched once more, hitting Devyn with a tentacle, sending him flying out the door. "Devyn!" Andre screamed, looking around quickly. "What to do... what to do..." Andre suddenly spotted the wooden ladder that was up against the bookshelves. Andre broke the ladder using his foot and took the sharp end. "Take this!" Andre screamed before spearing the librarian in the throat with the broken chunk of the ladder. "Cadet, let's go!" Andre yelled after the librarian dropped Cadet. "I can't, she crushed my leg!" Cadet yelled. Andre ran over and helped him out as the librarian continued to screech in pain from being speared. "We have to go!" Andre yelled to Devyn as he got up, holding his ribs. "Where to?" Devyn asked. "We have to get to the Parts and Services room to fix Cadet!" Andre yelled, as the three started down the hall running, holding Cadet up as they ran.
