Tick tock tick tock. The agonizing sound of the plastic clock settled on the classroom wall was a reminder to Alex of the fleeting time. "RIIIIIIIIIINNNNNGGGGGG" The unpleasant screech filled the air as students quickly gathered their school material and left the campus. Alex jumped up, his bag already prepared; and took off down the crowded hallways. "Where ya' going fuck face?" A mocking tone questioned. "Shit I was too slow." Alex cursed as he slowly turned around to face the voice. "Your coming with me Williams, oh don't you worry where just going to have a nice long talk." Mocked John;the school bully. "O-okay." Alex stuttered utterly terrified of what was to come. John roughly grabbed his button down blazer and pulled him into the crop of trees surrounding the football fields. "P-please don't hurt me ill give you my lunch money." Alex quivered "Here s-see,take it!" Alex beckoned with his right hand which held his spare lunch money. "Oh no Alex I wouldn't dare take your lunch money." John growled viciously "What do you wan't with me then? He questioned "Oh I want something much more, whats the word? Oh yeah Personal." He Smirked while taking a couple steps back.
"Dear Alex I want your Soul." Then before Alex's very eyes Johns back erupted and two black feathered wings sprouted from his back. "What the hell are you!" Alex screamed in horror falling on his bottom. "Sorry Alex but the higher ups ordered you dead. If you want to blame someone blame the spirit that resides in you." John grinned as a bright spear appeared in his hand, it soon formed into a long cylindrical tube with rings surrounding it, after a few seconds it gained the shape of a spear John steadied his hand and lobbed the spear towards Alex. "Splat" The spear ripped right through his mortal flesh and bone leaving a grisly exit wound. Just as Alex 's vision started to become clouded and black a raspy voice boomed within his head. "Do you want to live boy?" "Y-Yes." And just as Alex faded on the brink of death his body exploded in a ghostly green and deathly black aura. The flash dissipated as Alex's world went black.
