It was Y/n's first vacation after a long time of long working days, stressful weeks and annoying co-workers. Y/n couldn't look more foreward to finally having time to relax outside of country. Her and her good friend Minka booked a one week vacation in Lugano, Switzerland.
Since Y/n never was in Switzerland before, she was really looking foreward to it.
"There she is" Minka smiled as she saw Y/n approaching her infront of the check in of the LA international airport.
"I know, I'm a bit late but it wasn't my fault. There was traffic" Y/n answered as she pulled her baggage with her besides her. Minka pulled her in for a hug.
"Ready?"
"Absolutely" Y/n smirked wide.
"Hello" the lady who works on the check-in greeted the two girls. "Passports and plane tickets please" she said with a soft smile.
They handed the lady dressed in all red their passports and our flighttickets before they put one baggage at a time on the conveyor belt.
After the baggages recievd that small badge on it to recognize in which plane they need to be put in, Y/n and Minka recieved their passports and tickets back.
"I wish you a pleasant flight" the lady said and gave Y/n and Minka another smile.
"Thank you" the two girls gave back before moving on to the security check. Both of them hate that part of being at the airport. They always feel so criminal walking through that beep gate. Although they have nothing illegal on them, sometimes it still beeps. Annoying.
After Minka and Y/n placed their backpacks on the conveyor belt the girls walked through the gate one by one. To their surprise it didn't beep today. Seems like today is gonna be a good day.
The two girls walked to their gate B75 and waited in a nearby cafe for the boardingtime to arrive.
"Flight LX388 to Lugano is now boarding" the speakers called out. Y/n and Minka took their stuff and went to wait in line.
"What are we gonna do the next 13 hours up in the air?" Minka who walked behind Y/n asked as the two walked in the airplaneaisle.
"Girl I don't know what you're gonna do but I'm gonna close my eyes, plugg my Airpods into my ears and enjoy some korean music with my girls from Blackpink" Y/n answered while she looked up to find their seat numbers.
