Thomas's POV

Since Alexis isn't in good commission, I'm going to take his place. Someone has to catch the blackened and it might as well be me. I decided to team up with Jay and Carlos, it'll be our best bet for now. We all decided to go back to the bodies and examine the place. I open the office's door and step inside to see two men there. "Hey where's bird man?" The guy on my left asked. "He's out commission, he ended up getting injured," I replied.

The other raised his eyebrow, "How'd the hell did that happen?" He asked. "Elevator crashed down," I replied. Both of their eyes widened, "Is he alright?" The one on the left asked. "Yes, he's in the nurse's office," I replied walking in. Carlos and Jay walked in with me as well. They both nodded their heads, "You investigating in his place?" The man on the left asked and I nodded my head.

The other put a hand on his chin, "You look capable, alright. Pass and do what you need to do," he said. So what happens if I wasn't capable? I nod and smiled, "Thanks," I replied going to the room on my left. The room where 3 dead bodies were, I walk over to the guy with the gun in his hand. The bullet wound in his head, could he have done it himself? If only we can get some fingerprints...

I look behind me, "Is anyone able to analysis fingerprints here or any equipment to do so?" I asked. Carlos placed his hand on his chin, "We could try the science lab?" He suggested with uncertainty in his voice. "I don't remember seeing a lab anywhere..." I replied. "Maybe it opened up, let's check all of the classrooms," Jay replied. I nod my head, I reach in my pocket for a tissue and pick up the gun from off his hand. "Can you guys get me some duck tape?" I asked. Carlos nodded his head and walked towards the office's desk.

I wonder how many fingerprints I can discover on this gun... I heard footsteps from behind me, "I got the tape!" Carlos said walking over to me. I pass the gun over to Jay and take a piece of tape from Carlos. I take the man's finger and press it against the sticky side of the tape. I then remove it and rest the hand down. This is one of the reasons why I will never have a fingerprint ID in my house...

"Let's go," I said walking out of the room, "We'll be back soon," I said walking past the two men from before. "We'll be waiting," the left one's voice said as we walked out the room. "Let's check the third floor first," I said walking towards the staircase, I heard both of them hum behind me. We walked up the stairs and search door from door. There was no luck in finding a science lab. So we went a floor below and still no luck.

Could it be on the first floor? The answer to that question would be no. "Where the hell is this science lab?" Jay yelled, his accent now appearing in full. He sounded Irish, "Holy shit, Jay you're Irish?" Carlos asked. "You couldn't tell by how I talked?" He asked back. "You can't judge a book by their accents," Carlos strugged. Jay laughed, "Never heard of that one before!" He replied.

I let out a sigh, "We need to focus please..." I replied rubbing my t-zone. I was trying to think, find somewhere with a science lab. I then snap my fingers, "Let's try the basement again," I said looking at the both of them. They were skeptical at first, "Who the hell puts a science lab in the basement?" Jay asked. "Remember this isn't actually a school," I replied. "What do you mean by that, it actually looks like a school!" Carlos replied.

"Don't you remember the first thing Alexis said when we ended up here?" I asked. They seem to be finding the answer to the question, "He said that we weren't in a place that we were before. Meaning this place isn't actually a school, it's a shitty replica of a school. Meaning that in the basement could have something that we don't know about," I stated. Carlos' and Jay's eyes widen, "You're right!" Jay yelled.

"Let's go fast!" Carlos yelled. We all nodded our heads before walking over to the entrance to the basement. We go inside and we were immediately hit with the humidity. "Damn, I can never get over how suffocating this place is," Jay scoffed. "You're telling me," Carlos agreed, noding his head. We walk down the hallways, some of the doors down here were locked. No matter which door we tried to open, it wouldn't fucking budge!
