Simon watched the triforce illuminate the sky as the soldiers around him prepared to charge. Readying his sword, he knew that his group would mainly circle around the field and keep the enemy back. He was about to move when a certain crossbow wielding blonde girl called out to him.

"This is it." She said.

"This is it. I'm right behind you."

"We're going to help the Gerudo force once the second explosion rings out."

"They're called fireworks." He teased.

And with that, the army charged forward.

Monsters watched as humans came pouring out of the castle. Their orders had been to take the Castle at any cost, so they continued to fight. The human captain ran through several foot soldiers and appeared to be going straight for the ranch.

The ground began to shake as hundreds of rocks rolled onto the scene. These rocks crashed into their units, only to later be revealed to be shells of Goron soldiers who were wielding iron forged hammers. These Gorons ran down the fleeing soldiers near the Castle.

"They're pushing ba-"

The familiar battle horn rang from the ranch as hundreds of bull riders dashed to aid their allies. One rider was the captain in charge of the failed invasion of the forest village.

"Vata has given us the command to destroy everything in our path. Leave nothing of the Castle. Crush these pesky Gorons and send bombs into their mountain! The Zora will soon be wiped out if Vata can have enough time."

Linkle's eyes widened as she recognized her sister's handler.

"Simon, do you see him?"

"It's the guy from your village! He's surrounded by riders."

Several riders began approaching the two. Seeing this, they moved in two opposite directions, only to circle around and swap chasers every few minutes before eliminating them.

"We can't keep playing cat and mouse all day!" Simon warned as he swung at another rider.

"I hear ya, but there's no way I'm letting that bastard escape this fight alive!"

"Don't worry; I've got your back."

Captain Evan narrowly dodged an attack from an archer. After killing his assailant and stealing his bow, he called out to his troops:

"See our very own Linkle and Simon lead the charge! We must join them and turn this chase inside out. Do not fear their beasts; our numbers can easily overwhelm them!"

Link mounted onto his horse as the newly motivated forces followed their commander into the fray. His mighty blade seemed to effortlessly cut through the enemies blocking his path. In the corner of his eye, he saw a Zora holding onto a Hyrulean soldier as their horse went in the opposite direction of the ranch.

Ruto wielded her iron spear as if it were a sowing needle. She gracefully struck her enemies' shoulder joints, chests, and even foreheads as Connor rode through the combative forces. Her heart felt like she had just run a marathon as her movements were similar to dance moves, although there was a small part of her wondering if her increased heart rate was caused by something else besides adrenaline.

"Hahaha. Stab you. And you. And you over here. Don't forget that one there. Ahahahaha. I'll crush you all! Bwahahaha!" She cackled.

Her laughter was contagious, because her human escort began laughing to.

"You're insane; you know that, don't you?" He said, trampling over an enemy.

"Oh, don't act like you don't love me." She joked.
