This Theory was inspired by the drawing You're seeing. Have fun
"We are finally in the last room, after that we can finally leave and you'll live" Sigma explained, tired of spending anymore time with Dazai. The whole time Dazai has been annoying and not as cooperating as he should be, but he didn't even want to live so why should he be cooperating if he can die? "Aww such a shame that I am going to win. I really thought that Fyodor would have won, he does have Chuuya so why should he not win" Dazai complained, being really upset that he was about to win. Before Sigma was able to do what he needed to escape this hellhole. "Dazai! You're here?? What happened??" Someone came out of nowhere; he was so confused over Dazai being there. Sigma was about to ask who he was, but he was interrupted by the brunette. "Ah Junichiro didn't think you'll be here", he lied being aware that Tanizaki would be there. Finally knowing who he was Sigma stood quiet, just watching the two boys talk. He had thought already that both worked at the ADA so that's why he was just watching. "I'm here to help you out! But how are you able to be already here? And how is Sigma still alive?" Tanizaki asked in more confusion when seeing Sigma because of Atsushi saying that he was dead. "Well, I think we all thought he was dead. But he and Nikolai are alive. They are the reason why I'm here right now. Nikolai wanted to kill Fyodor but made a funny challenge and now I'm part of this all too!" Dazai explained excitedly, making sure to not tell too much so Tanizaki wouldn't worry too much. That's when Sigma jumped in to explain it on full, explaining the poison and overall, how the challenge should be, in the end adding "It was all Nikolai's plan. I would have much rather stayed dead or with Atsushi". He didn't add that also Chuuya was there because that would just turn into panic. Tanizaki smiled and thanked Sigma for all the help he gave Dazai and even apologized because he needed to deal with the brunette for way too long. Dazai was more than annoyed because of how truthful Sigma is and how he couldn't just confuse the young adult. He made a sound that not even God could explain how it happened and went towards Tanizaki, either about to hug him or to tell him something.
In the meantime, Nikolai (the girlboss moment where you're closer to write Mykola but you will get hate) was watching it all, being really upset that some of the rules he never said did were being broken. But he never said those rules so he can't complain as much. While watching everything happening, he started again thinking about Fyodor, he was happy that this Russian man was going to die. But at the same time, he was slightly upset, not because Dazai was winning, no. He was upset that his plan of killing Fyodor was going so smoothly, there isn't as much action as he had hoped, and he wanted to know why. And that's where he clicked, it was all Sigma's fault. Sigma's memory is so good that for him it's easy to go through the place he just went through. Nikolai was annoyed, and so he started thinking, 'what would be the best way to get rid of that- not even human. That fictional person.' And that's how he got his answer. Sigma is still not a human; he never will be a human like Elise. So why not get rid of the thing that created him. The page, that was the answer for everything. It was actually really easy to steal that one page from the book. Fukuchi is busy to find Aya and make sure that Bram won't be able to get stolen again. So, Nikolai using his ability to take the page wouldn't make a difference, he was just too busy for that right now. He wouldn't notice one page gone... right?
After taking the page the white-haired thought of the best way of erasing the page and so erasing Sigma from the earth. There are multiple ways of destroying paper, but one will always be the best option. Fire. Fire was easy to work with and it was easier to do the job right. With that final decision he went towards the three people, making sure for now no one saw what he was holding. "Welcome! You're now on the last stage, how do you feel to have won?" Nikolai asked with happiness in his voice, making sure for now Sigma wouldn't know what will happen. "It feels reliving that I once again was able to win against Fyodor, but what are you holding there?" Dazai asked, aware of something, not fully knowing what will happen next. Tanizaki was ready to fight, or at least make sure that Sigma and Dazai would be save. "Oh this?" he takes out the page with a smile plastered on his face, making both Sigma and Tanizaki confused. Only Dazai was aware. "well, this is funny, do you know what this page means?" "Ah I can say I do listen to what Fyodor always tells me" Nikolai giggled, and he also started holding a lighter. "Sigma dear, did you ever know who your parents are?", Nikolai's voice tone changed in a calmer but that didn't stop Dazai's fear of what Nikolai was about to do. Sigma was confused and just shook his head. Slowly wandering to the last thing, he needed to do, to get Dazai and Tanizaki out. "Well, this is your parent. This paper. I want to tell you the story that you always needed to know. You aren't a human; you probably know that by now. You were inserted by your now boss, Fukuchi. He wanted you to deal with the casino and then die by Teruko. He created you through the book we are now trying to protect. You were forced in this world; your whole backstory is in this page I'm now holding. Everything you suffered, went through and probably are still mentally going through. It's all put inside of this page. Fukuchi wrote everything that happened to you and now you need to suffer through this all alone, without anyone helping you or taking care of you. Well not everyone, Atsushi was until now the only person that was able to see your suffering and wants to help. The only one, and he will never be able to see you or help you ever again."
Sigma stood quiet. He was almost done with even the puzzle, but he couldn't keep going. He was shocked, terrified even. Everything that has happened to him. Everything was written by the person he was now working for. He had suffered 3 years of pure torture just because someone wrote that backstory. He knew already that he was getting used, but he never thought that it would be that bad. He couldn't speak, he was just looking at Nikolai with pure shock in his eyes. He couldn't even speak, and his eyes started to be blurry. He could only hear a "DON'T" from Dazai before he saw the page getting burned. He was just watching his whole story getting burned. He was disappearing. He.... He didn't even know how to react. Reaching to the last pull was now useless but he didn't care, he still wanted the ADA safe. Maybe because of Atsushi. He wants to see Atsushi one more time and thank him for everything. But his body was disappearing and so the last thing he could do was looking at Dazai and Tanizaki and say "please thank Atsushi for the effort for me. I'll miss him". His last words being the most hurtful ones he could ever say in his 3 years of living in a world that he didn't belong to. He left this world as someone who deeply cared for people and made sure everyone will be safe. He was even able to finish the last puzzle for Dazai to continue living. With that he left the world, a pure heart in a rotten world.
